Bark Park (West) is my pup’s absolute happy place! The second we pull up, his tail goes into wild circles and he struts right in like he owns the spot. The BP team is amazing, and I never have to worry when he is in their care. My sweet boy has built his own little crew of furry pals 🐕 🐶 My only regret? "Not finding this place sooner.” 🐾✨

I was impressed with their meet and greet. They are very thorough, making sure dogs are a good fit with other dogs. I left my dogs for a full day of daycare and was very happy about the quality of care they received. I received an email about their day and how they did. This is a great place. It is very clean and does not smell at all, unlike a lot of daycare/boarding places. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here. This is my dog’s third day of daycare. This morning he got so excited that he peed when we got to the front door 😂. I really appreciate the staff’s attention to detail and care. What a wonderful place! Our Gilly girl loves it here! Lauren is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Rebecca has been super accommodating and flexible! They took Gilly in as my wife was in labor. It was so reassuring to know that Gilly has a fun, safe place while we welcomed a new little one to the family.

My puppy Sam loves coming for daycare and playing all day! I really appreciate that the staff accommodates my special needs pup (blind and deaf from birth) and I love that they post so many pictures and videos throughout the day. They have a big outdoor yard and that's surprisingly not something every daycare around here has. I am so glad that their hours allow me to drop off before work on my early days. I worked at a dog daycare for over a year before moving to Philly so I know a little bit about the industry, and I love this place. Sam is always happy to visit - when he smells where we are, he starts wiggling and jumping for joy! He always comes home happy and ready for a nap. I definitely recommend Bark Park!

My miniature pincher attend it there for some months and she was attacked and lost a chunk of her nose. I was informed that there were two staff with 15 and 18 dogs which I don’t understand how you can manage 15 to 18 dogs with two staff and also with the vet checking my dog found other bites marks. I will not be returning my dog there at all. We have nothing but great things to say about BarkPark West! We started bringing our GSD when she was 6 months and she has been thriving. We started off with weekly half day (until 3PM) sessions and have increased to biweekly full day (from 4PM-7PM) based on our adjusting needs. Rebecca, Linus and Liz have been wonderful and patient teachers. We appreciate and look forward to the updates (usually mid morning and afternoon) on the parent portal and enjoy when we catch her on their Instagram stories. Our GSD is an anxious girl and took time to adjust to daycare. They were well versed in breed specific needs and worked on her issues gradually each week. We've been to the both the South Philly and West locations. For us, BarkPark West is the better of the two based on location and amenities. They have a huge outdoor space, newly remodeld with k9 grass and sprinklers during the summer months. Until recently, South Philly was the only option for Saturday daycare, but West Philly is trialing Saturdays at their location. Bookings are easily made online and options for extra enrichment (puzzles) and grooming can be purchased there too. Membership levels are available for packaged bookings (minimum 7/month up to unlimitied). Daycare isn't for every dog and we appreciate that there is a vetting process, meet and greet and constant supervision of the pack. Issues are addressed personally and recommendations for further training is given. Poppins has met some of her best friends in daycare, as she is really particular with whom she plays with. Most of the dogs are our neighbors in West Philly and one of the few opportunities she gets to play with them in a safe environment free from toys and any resource guarding that may accompany them. We've told friends, coworkers and random dog parents how much we've loved our experince at BarkPark West. It's a welcome respite for busy Pawrents and provides both engagement and play to dogs who need an outlet or companionship.

There's just so much good about services provided here, I'm not sure where to start? My golden retriever, Odin, has been attending Bark Park West since before he turned one. He's not two years old and gets absolutely thrilled when he realizes that our walk is headed towards this direction. I was simply stunned with the amount of care that was put into his training. Recordings of his obedience training were uploaded and provided for me to review and continue developing upon the skills that he was being taught. Odin used to be an unhinged pro wrestling champion who loved to mount everything and anything when he got overwhelmed. He struggles with it only on rare occasion now, thanks to the training staff! The pictures and day recap summary reports are such a pleasure to read! I'm so grateful for the outstanding work provided by the loving staff!

I wouldn’t bring my fur baby anywhere else for daycare and boarding. This team is very caring and attentive. He loves it. I love it.

My dog loves barkpark! He's an active dog and gets his energy out while there. The staff clearly love dogs. I appreciate the daily pupdates and pictures.

This place is the best - the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Our 1.5 year old golden retriever absolutely adores BarkPark - she tries to dive in headfirst when they open the front door and always comes home happily exhausted. We love the photos and updates throughout the day as well - it's clear the pack has a ball!

I truly can't say enough good things about BarkPark West! We've been sending Bolin (pictured, with the tiny ears) to daycare for just about a year now, and his ecstatic reaction to pulling up at the front door in the mornings is better than any review I could ever write. The photos and notes the staff send throughout the day are wonderful (seriously, the professional looking photos are an awesome bonus!), and you really get the sense that everyone working there not only knows your dog, but truly cares about them. Bolin had to take a couple of months off from daycare this summer, and when he returned it was so lovely to see how excited the staff were to see him after his absence. My dog just started here a week ago and I have already been so impressed. I am pretty picky about what I look for in a daycare and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had! The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. They were also super patient with my dog and allowed him to integrate with the pack at the rate he was comfortable with. It is clear that everyone who works there is knowledgeable and loves dogs. They are also super communicate and give a full report card and pictures each day. They also have a nice big outdoor space. Highly recommend!
