The tinsil trail was great! So many different themed trees. Except for the cold and rain we loved it!

Great outdoor area to walk around and see the beauty the park offers. From the Japanese bridge donated for our hospitality. The water, ducks huge fish. It’s just a beautiful place.

Park located in the heart of the city. Lovely place to stroll by yourself or to gather with others. Lots of cool features and plenty of events throughout the year. 0:29 0:27 0:10 0:29

This is a great place to walk around, see Huntsville, and the ducks. The area is clean and I felt safe. It’s a great green space.

We love this park! We always take food to feed the ducks and fish as we are walking through the park. It’s just a relaxing place to go walk or sit and watch the wildlife and people watch. There’s a lot of history here too. Apparently, at one point the area was overrun with rattlesnakes until they were removed by John Hunt (whom Huntsville was named after). The Big Spring was the original water source that Huntsville was built around. 0:30

I took my fur baby to Big Spring Park for our morning walk on Saturday morning. It is a very nice place and very quiet. The spring is nicely kept. Duck, geese, and fish are abundant. Very picturesque. Dog-friendliness Dogs are welcome. Be sure to bring bags to clean up after your dog. Leash required.

We really enjoyed city park... it looks pretty well maintained & nice scenery... enjoyed walking the grounds around the lake filled with Koi, Carp & Gold fish & the various restaurants located around the park in addition to The Huntsville Museum of Arts are very close... we visited Pane E Vino Pizzeria located on one corner of same building as the Museum the entrance access is separate entrance from Museum though... anyway this place was worth a visit as well with great pizza ... inside/outside seating is offered as well...

For a downtown location this is a really well done park. The parking is a bit of perk in that it's in a garage parking. Just a little walking across the street. Places to eat too! Picnic area Lots of places to just stop and enjoy!

Beautiful park, finally had the opportunity to walk in the park. Next time I'll be sure to bring quarters to get fish food and duck food out of the machines so I can feed the fish and ducks.

Awesome park smack dab in the heart of downtown Huntsville. Cool place to chill and at night, the colors really come alive. It's pretty cool, Gives very relaxed vibes also within walking distance of pretty much all the restaurants and the von Braun center so its convenient.

My husband and I were in town for a concert. This morning I decided to visit the park even though it was dreary and rainy. I'm glad I did, because I enjoyed the walk so much. The history of the park is intriguing. The koi and ducks are beautiful. The canal spring, and all the fountains are amazing. The Peope of Huntsville should be proud of their wonderful city park.

Beautiful park. Great day with granddaughters exploring Huntsville’s history. Lots of fish, ducks, and geese. Make sure to take plenty of quarters. There are several fish food vending machines along the paths. TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT.

The park is beautiful with a lot of potential. The Christmas trees decoration makes look good but Iam sure the organizers can do better to atract the crowds.

WOW!!!! What an absolutely beautiful place in Huntsville, Alabama💕. An absolute gem right in the middle of downtown♥️ Visited on Xmas Eve & this place was MAGICAL & the special thing was that each decoration & tree was donated by local businesses like banks, doctors, dentist & other places & each had a name❤️ This place is a must visit if ever in Huntsville, it's beautiful even without Xmas decor.....the park has nice trails, bridges, and ponds with ducks & koi fish that we are allowed to feed. SERENE & BEAUTIFUL ♥️💕 0:29

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this park. It was a delightful experience with the decorated Christmas trees displays. Watching the ducks, listening to the drummers and exploring downtown was great!
