Central Bark has been the best place for daycare and puppy classes for my puppy! We started attending the FREE puppy hour class and noticed my dog’s personality and comfort grow after the first visit. After that we began doing weekly daycare and it’s been amazing! The staff know her name when she walks in and always makes me feel great. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Central Bark Atlanta has been an absolute blessing for us! The entire team is warm, attentive, and truly treats every dog like their own. A special shoutout to Nick, our groomer, who always does an amazing job. He makes sure Coco’s cut is exactly how we want it, every single time. He’s patient, he listens, and he takes such pride in his work. It’s not easy to find someone who truly understands your dog’s personality and grooming preferences, but Nick absolutely does. We’ve been going to Central Bark for daycare, grooming, and boarding. My dog gets super excited when we go to drop her off. The staff there is amazing and sweet, even though she can be a handful. We boarded our dogs for the weekend—one for the first time and one who’s stayed elsewhere before—and both came home extremely happy. The daily report cards showed how much the staff genuinely loves and cares for every pet. Our doggos were showered with care and cuddles. Highly recommend! I was so nervous to put brownie in daycare because I’ve always raised the puppy at home but ever since I got a new job I’ve had no choice and the staff they are amazing and you can tell that they love and care for dogs. We have had an excellent experience during the puppy hour on Saturdays. Abby is amazing!!! She observes the puppies as they play and gives us insight on their play style, behavior, and she encourages the puppies to work out any scuffles but quickly intervenes as needed. We are learning so much from her. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young puppies. Our puppy is learning social skills and play manners. I highly recommend the puppy hour. My 1st visit was a grooming appt w/Caren - I was very pleased w/the service. Love her new cut. Bailey was a model customer & warmed up quickly & that’s not always the case. The staff @Central Bark treated her well and did an excellent job overall, I look forward to bringing her again. I have recommended CB to my coworkers, I myself was very pleased with their services and my coworkers value my opinion. Central Bark is the BEST ! Our new pup Axl was super shy and nervous. They worked with him to help build his confidence, and be in the right room with the right mix of pup personalities for his temperament. He LOVES it there and runs to the door when we pull up. Thank goodness we found Central Bark for our active & lonely toy poodle. They did a great job of assessing her temperament and placing her with appropriate playmates. She is so much happier after playing with the staff & other pups and she is so excited when we return for another play date that she rushes to greet the staff. I really appreciate central bark’s membership pricing and hours. It’s been a lifesaver for us and a gift for our pup. Central Bark is my pup's favorite place! The staff is very responsive and friendly and it's clear that they all have a great love for the dogs in their care. I’ve really tried to give Central Bark multiple chances, but after several disappointing experiences, I can no longer justify bringing my dog—or my money—here. On two separate occasions, I picked up my dog with a strong smell of pee and literal poop all over her coat, which is completely unacceptable for a daycare setting. During another stay, I was supposed to receive a report card, which never came. While I do appreciate that management has reached out after every incident, the repeated issues combined with the price increases make it clear that the quality of service does not match what they’re charging. Today was the final straw. I came in for a groom and was quoted one price, only to be charged something totally different at checkout—including a matting fee even though my dog did not have matting. I ended up paying $75 for essentially a bath and blow dry, as the cut was not done how I asked, and the front desk employee had a noticeably poor attitude. They didn’t even attempt to rebook me or make things right. Because of all this, I’ve decided to cancel my membership and take my dog elsewhere. I really wanted to love Central Bark, but the inconsistency, lack of care, and sub-par service have made that impossible. I highly recommend Central Bark! They have been an integral part of my puppy's socialization and happiness. They offer a free Puppy Hour on Saturdays, which gives puppies a safe and fun opportunity to play together under a trainer's supervision. This was a total godsend for my puppy. It can be difficult to find opportunities to socialize a puppy in the first 16 weeks while also keeping them safe while they get their vaccines. Puppy Hour helped her so much. Our dog aged out of Puppy Hour, so now we bring her back to Central Bark for some fun play time and enrichment with other dogs. (It's actually well out of our way, but we make the extra drive because we trust them!) We're excited to start her on Circuit Training! The facilities are great, the trainers are very professional and knowledgeable, and they take fantastic care of the dogs. I cannot say enough good things about Central Bark Atlanta! My dog, Charlie, loves her time here and I love that she is well taken care of while at daycare. She always comes home tired after a long day of playing with her friends! The staff are absolutely incredible and treat my pup with such love! A special shout out to a couple of the staff members: Ashley has such a special bond with my pup and ALWAYS greets her by name at the door and Talia is always there to calm my quirky, dog-mom neuroses. I have been taking my dogs here for years and it took me wayyy too long to give them the credit they deserve here. Central Bark has ALWAYS been nothing short of absolutely AMAZING!!! Regardless of whether it’s for an extended boarding or just going in for stay and play the Central Bark loves our pups as much as we do. It almost hurts my feelings when they don’t want to leave! October 2025 I highly recommend Central Bark Atlanta. My quirky girl, Willow has come out of her shell and gained so much confidence through day care and circuit training. The staff are exceptionally kind and supportive of all dogs, including skittish dogs like Willow who requires time to trust strangers. They were so patient with her. Many thanks to Emily who helped Willow become more comfortable through circuit training. There is truly a remarkable difference in her behavior. Emily has been so good to her and I love their special connection. Sadly we have moved out of state. I was worried about the road trip and moving to a new home and neighbor hood but Willow has surprised me. She’s doing so well and I attribute her easier transition to the time she spent at Central Bark Atlanta. Our dog Cora has been going here for years, and she loves it! The staff is so caring and attentive. They always keep us updated on how she’s doing. Especially when we first started, they were super helpful at helping Cora find her group. She’s a big sweet dog who thinks she’s super small, so we went back and forth between the small dogs and the older dog group. Overall, she leaves everyday happy and worn out, which is just what we need for our schedules! I will note that, while they don’t have cameras, they do post Facebook photos everyday. I can’t think of a better place for our fluffy babies - our first one has been boarding there since last 8 years and now the other pup - they are so happy to jump out of the car and dashe right in - which tells me how much they enjoy Central Bark! They don’t crate their dogs but play other than nap and rest time which is so good. The staff is courteous - polite and very efficient - I never have to wait more than 2 min to check in or check out. The grooming services and training is right there making it so convenient. I am so relaxed just because our babies are taken care of while we are at work or traveling, their timings from 6:30 am to 8 pm also means I am not dashing back to pick them up which is a big support. +3 Like Share Response from the owner 11 months ago Thank you so much, Asmita! My Aussie Ollie has been going to Central Bark nearly every week day since 2020 for doggy day care. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for help with your pup during the day or if you need a place to board overnight. The staff is great and they all know him by name and greet him every time we walk through the door. Every morning when we pull into the parking lot he can’t wait to get out of the car, which is all I need to see to know he loves coming here. My dogs, Derek and Hansel, are ridiculously good looking thanks to the grooming love they get at Central Bark. Hansel has allergies that make his paws sensitive and gives him anxiety when it’s time for nail trimming but not here! They are so patient with him and make him so comfortable that he has no problems! Derek also has anxiety when he isn’t with his brother but they shower him with affection and we are in and out with no struggles. It is always so clean and everyone is so friendly- this is the place to go!
