This charming neighborhood park is a real gem, giving Chantilly residents a chance to reconnect with nature. It’s a refreshing improvement over the apartments that once stood here, offering a peaceful and scenic escape. I especially love the nature trail, which is perfect for walks or a quick outdoor break, and the playground is high quality, making it ideal for kids to explore and play safely. Parking can be a bit tight since it’s located along the neighborhood street, but the experience more than makes up for it. With its blend of greenery, well-maintained facilities, and inviting atmosphere, this park is a wonderful spot to enjoy a bit of nature without leaving the neighborhood. Definitely worth visiting for a relaxing stroll or a fun outing with family. Playground Great place Restrooms cool Dog-friendliness yes Picnic area wonderful

Really cool park, excellent walking or mountain bike path. I would have given it five stars, but the parking is limited and no bathroom.

Please never go here, it's awesome, but come if you must. It's a very community oriented park for the Elizabeth. The parents are awesome. Having said that, bring your kids to Veterans Park as well so they can also play in a giant melting pot of diversity. The splash pad at Veterans is awesome.

I'd heard so much about Chantilly Park and was anxious itching to see it myself. Imagine my surprise when I make my way over and its BLOCKED off for...you guessed it...development. Let nature be nature. I know my fans rely on my reviews for the hot spots in Charlotte, but I simply cannot recommend it in good conscience. Keep Chantilly Park wild and untamed! -Shannon McGuire.

Love this playground! It has 2 large play structures that are good for ages 3+. Also love the fact that it's mostly shaded in the afternoon and has a nice green area and picnic tables. Only thing missing is a bathroom! Restrooms None that I can see

Great neighborhood park with lots of shade. There is two play systems geared toward different ages, a shelter for small events, a sand volleyball area, and a grassy area. No bathrooms! Parking is a little tight, all on the street (dead end). You can walk past the park into a small natural area. Restrooms Do not exist Dog-friendliness On leash dogs welcome

Lots of shade. The younger and older size playgrounds are right next to each other so that can let you watch multiple age kids play on both! The bonus is when the train comes right by it!!!

Nothing but great things to say about this park. Great walking path, clean., feels safe. great set up, two playgrounds, benches and wooden picnic tables to sit down. Pet friendly. Cons: No bathrooms! Swing set is in bad spot with no shade directly under hot sun. The brand new toddler friendly playground is so nice! But it was not necessary. I just hope if they have $ in budget next year it’s not to replace the other playground and used towards a bathroom instead.

Great park for kids! They have a variety of equipment to choose from, including a merry-go-round. Nicely kept groups. Clean restrooms!

Great park, has some pretty cool trails along a river that opens up to a big field with another playground. Love to bring my dogs here and let them run.

This park reminds me of home. It's in a nice neighborhood with open space and plenty of ground for running. They have some big plans to develop better walking trails around the man-made water ways. Looking forward to visiting again.

Chantilly Park I try to keep a secret. It's not as populated as other parks are. It's so up to date and clean! Has book swap, wood chipped playgrounds for all ages, swings, covered Pavillion, volleyball pit, ping-pong table and open field for soccer, football, baseball, softball..etc. Beautiful place for a day picnic. Very historic area. Please try to pickup after yourselves when you visit! I spend the majority of my time helping Parks and Rec keep our parks clean! Trust me when I tell you, this park is a hidden gem!

No parking lot on wyanoke. The earth moving is finished and the trees planted, looks like a mix upper canopy did not see lower plants. There is a great natural pond with lily pads in tye back area along the creek. The whole eco area will be beautiful when it grows in.

It’s a really nice park. 2 different playgrounds, 1 swing set with 2 normal seats & 2 baby seats. Covered seating as well as several basic benches. I also saw a ping pong table & was told of a small pond with ducks. No visible power outlets, so if you plan to play on your phone, bring a backup battery. Parking is very limited on the playground side.
