City of Cuernavaca Park

This is a nice place to pull over when on a bike ride, or jogging along the Platte River trail. Perfect for picnics and cloud watching. No playground, only grass and big rocks in perfect placement. The bridges cross over to an ever bigger park which is perfect for kickball or grass sports.

I love this park. So much space and it's the least busy park along the creek.

Great little park located right in Downtown Denver! There are covered picnic tables, which is great, and a port-a-potty (which is not great, but appreciated). Area can be loud due to train tracks and highway, but a decent open expanse in the city! Frequented by dog owners and social sports leagues.

Beautiful park near the Platte River. Large open spaces for activities, including a baseball field at the north end. Within walking distances to many restaurants & shops.

Was super fun just to see games I haven’t played since I was in grade school and a nice walk by the river

This little park has a large open grass field next to the river as well as a roofed pavilion with several picnic tables. We love coming here with the dogs as its very close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that it's almost always empty.

I run here at least twice a week. Mostly flat large circle resembles around an 800 meter track, nice for speed workouts. The park is no frills, just some benches and grass but great place to throw a ball for your dog or play frisbee. Restrooms A couple portapotties, no actual bathroom Picnic area 2 covered picnic areas; looks to be construction to build an awning connecting them

Beautiful park in an amazing location and it is so clean the parks in Denver are so wonderful, truly a great place to visit and see some great sights anywhere you go

Nice park, well maintained. I live close and love the dogs and their masters. I walk this Platte River Trail almost every day. My only concern is are they using round up or manually clearing the over growth?

Beautiful, well-kept park near the edge of downtown. Well-lit and trafficked area so great for those late-night walks 👍 City views with a great 1/4 mi sidewalk that runs in a circle crossing over the Platte River. Really beautiful! Limited parking but walkable from anywhere downtown. Traffic noise from I-25 but in a sense adds a great city vibe :)

Beautiful quite place to enjoy a walk or a bike ride. Or just relax under the shade and listen to the river flow.

This place is GORGEOUS! My new favorite local park. South Platte River runs right through it adding breathtaking sights and sounds of rushing water. Beautiful bridges, huge open fields, and a large picnic area. Lovely paved paths make walking or biking easy, even in wet weather. Well manicured grass is green and inviting. Worth the trip! Not far from Union Station and public transport. Lots of interesting independent places to eat and drink nearby.

Nice sized park with several bike trails and a bubbling creek filled with ducks and other water birds. There are always dogs running around, mostly unleashed, but I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Favorite park within walking distance of my apartment

Gorgeous lengthy walk and awesome kickball/baseball field. Definitely stay away after dark and out of the river at all times. No restrooms, but dog friendly.

Excellent green space right in the city. And incredible views during dusk. Great place to bring the wife or husband and the dogs for an evening walk. Bring your own dog bags and pick up their poop though. Never rely on parks to have bags. Always pick up after your pets.

Love this little park. It's got great trails including by the water and tons of space for a picnic or playing frisbee or just wandering around. Hidden gem in the middle of the city, I'm so grateful to have nature so close to my downtown apartment.

Small park by the South Platt River with lots of green spaces. Ideal for taking a walk or jog. While the park itself isn't that spectacular, it's nice that there are several parks like this one along the South Platt River trail and they form a really nice green belt for runners and cyclists.

I am working on the new building at 30th and Huron. My days are spent hanging over the edge of the building on a swing stage. Pretty thrilling and I have an excellent view of the city from up here. Thank you God for blessing me indeed!

I found the park by writing the lime scooter on the trails and I kept to the main trail and then I saw the park so I had to check it out and went up to the Park Road around took lots of pictures is very Scenic is very beautiful it's a wonderful day here in Denver getting ready for winter so I'm out enjoying all the parts that I can enjoy and this park is going to be one of my favorites I'm new to Denver so my exploring is paying off this park is very nice you will enjoy it very scenic they have to Stonehenge like areas were these shards of rocks are getting out of the ground have fun enjoy yourself
