used to love coming here to play ball with my dog but some uptight neighbors are now sending out “park patrol” bullying you to have your dog on a leash at all times or you will get a ticket and be forced to leave the park. mind you, there’s an entire empty field away from the playground, so i don’t see why this is an issue or why people would crying about it. pretty disappointing but i guess the park will go back to being unused instead of full with people. dallas parks and rec has a lot more to worry about than this lmao. Dog-friendliness little to none

Best neighborhood park that Dallas has to offer. Its tucked away so there is no sound pollution, my dogs love it and so do I.

The management seemed attentive. Workers were regularly cleaning and ensuring everything stayed organized.

The park was nice. You have to park on the street. I had a nice picnic with my small dog, but several people came with their large dogs off leash. They put on the dog's leash when I asked them too. Still, that could cause a problem.

Great park that is a little off the beaten path. No swings but some wonderful items for Littles to climb. The ground is covered in wood chips. There is a water fountain with a dog drinking bowl and one for a toddler!

Had a great time playing on 3 to 8 year old playground equipment. Lots of dog walkers acknowledged my grandaughter's request to pet their dog. She was respectful of their requests or denials.

Clean and relatively well shaded. No fence around it to allow children to have free rein and it isn't far off the street. Luckily it isn't a heavily trafficked street.

A beautiful park to share a good time with the family...

Nice park with a good playground for kids. Lots of dog lovers gather every afternoon around 5 or 6 to let their pets play.

Cochran Park is a great place for families! It’s very kid-friendly with plenty of open space for them to run around and play. The walking paths are wide and well-maintained, making it a great spot for a relaxing stroll. There’s a nice balance of shade and open areas, perfect for a picnic or just enjoying the outdoors. Definitely a great park to visit! Playground Lot of space to play Restrooms No restrooms Dog-friendliness Pets are allowed Picnic area Lots of space
