Great place for pickleball and to go fishing. They also have a good dog park from what I've seen. They do have a nice playground for kids as well. Playground They have a nice playground for kids Restrooms There are two restrooms but only one is open and the one that is open is usually really dirty, I mean really dirty. Back in the day, people really only went to this park to buy drugs... It's really wonderful to see it so full of activity now. The dog park is great. The shade of the tropical hibiscus tree in the dog park keeps it cool even in August. Great fishing spots. Lots of pickle ball action. Fun the whole family!

Super busy pickle ball on Sunday nights (6pm) are there bathrooms here? That'd be helpful to know

Wonderful South St. Pete Park. Plenty of parking. 6 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, a full court basketball court, all are lighted. There is also a fenced dog park and two soccer fields along with a kayak launch point and restrooms.

This is a review of the dog park- there are two separate areas, a large dog park and a small dog park. I think there’s only 1 water station for little dogs, and 2 for big. They don’t work very well. Last time I went (about a month ago,) the large dog park was 1/3 grass, 1/3 dirt, and 1/3 mulch. Now, it’s half mulch, and half dirt/grass. I understand mulch is cheaper, but it hurts my dog’s paws. The only shaded areas and benches are surrounded by the mulch lol. We won’t be returning.

Nice recreation park, several tennis courts, playground, basketball courts, open green space , dog park nicely shaded, one large dog, one small dog. Almost 3.5 miles of shell trail that loops around to the Bay. Great spots for fishing with 2 short piers. Bathrooms are in fair shape. Toilet paper and soap were available.

One of my favorite parks to relax and take some quiet time for myself.

This is the best dog park! Shady with grass and mulch and separate fenced in areas for big and small dogs.

The dog park is awesome! There are many shaded places to sit and it’s large enough to toss a ball to your pup. Beautiful view of the water as well.

Lock your doors...it is South st Pete after all...just kidding. We felt safe here and a lot of teams were there to practice sports. 6 pickle ball courts and a few tennis courts, and a great dog park. Bring a fishing pole if you want to snag a flounder or a snook!
