My dog Dasher loves Crescenta Valley Dog Park. She has a large group of morning dog friends. There is a large and small dog area. Lots of trees and plenty of space for the dogs to run. The bonus is it's surrounded by Crescenta Valley Park with plenty of space to walk your dog and enjoy the beauty of the Crescenta Valley.

Most owners are responsible and friendly. Have had a few times where the dog was aggressive. One owner was responsible and the other was not. I was able to take my dog out and walk along the park. I entered after the owner and the dog left about ten minutes later. There is a water fountain and a place outside the pen to wash your dog down. Owners will often bring water and share. Well maintained. Nice place to take your dog most days. Playground Next to the Crescenta Park with lots of area to walk your dog on leash. Park area is covered with grass and shade

The main park is green grass and lots of shade. There is also a clean restroom. This park is on leash only. The off leash dog park is dirt, largely covered in the shade of big trees. There are lots of places to sit, and there are separate areas for large and small dogs.

It's a nice park with oak trees and benches. Mostly redwood shavings, no grass. There is water near the entrance. The larger park on the left is for bigger dogs, the smaller park on the right for small dogs. There are poop bags and trash cans provided. No bathroom for adults nearby, but there is one on the neighboring grounds. The entire park is well maintained. Good size parking area

Cool park, haven't been there while the ranger station was open though. Closed for holiday. Everything else was cool, has a space with a grill and sink, looks like reservation only. Dog park is opposite the childrens area and the skate park is further away yet. Bathrooms are locked when the ranger station is closed.

I just moved to the area and first visited this dog park. No grass in both the large and small dogs areas, but the mulch on the ground controls dust. This is truly a plus. This is pretty large, longer than it is wide, and give plenty of play and run space. The first gate entrance for the large dogs is a bit tricky but should open and swing inward after moving the latch to the correct position. This is not bad, but just a fun little quirk. The secondary gate is a little easier, but once you're in, expect your dog to be greeted by 4 or 5 other dogs. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the same thing i have seen at all other dog parks. The water fountain for the dogs is manual. If someone is not there pushing the button, then dogs go thirsty. My dog lets me know and I go turn on the fountain for her and any other dog that's thirsty at the time. I would love to see an automatic dog platform that operates the water each time a dog steps on it. Overall, great dog park, friendly people, everyone is either pretty or handsome, and all are nice. One more thing. There are lights inside the dog park. It gets dark earlier so this is a huge convenience. Indifferent for the dogs, but us humans need that light at night.

This dog park is a fantastic spot for your family's furry friend. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and is not overly crowded, making it a great place to relax. Ample parking is available right by the entrance, and the neighborhood appears safe with people jogging around. Adjacent to the dog park is an actual park perfect for a nice picnic. Additionally, across the street, there is another park with a skatepark for kids, making it a fun outing for the whole family. One of the standout features of this dog park is the provision of water for washing your dog's paws after playtime. Clear signs indicate that while it's primarily for big dogs, all sizes are welcome. They even offer free obedience classes that cater to everyone. The park is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm, except for Tuesdays and Fridays for maintenance. The park provides benches for owners to relax and shaded areas for comfort. There are also a couple of rock obstacles for dogs to enjoy and have fun on. Overall, this dog park offers a great experience for both dogs and their owners.

Absolutely loved visiting this area! Today my doggo and I had nothing better to do than go on a lil trip to visit new dog park! (We are in Santa Clarita) perfect cute little spot right off the highway! They have a big and little dog park area and the small area has MORE than enough space for your fur friend! Also what I loved and we did was do a few laps around the lovely scenic area that surrounds the park… plenty of grass and open space with bathroom to enjoy a walk or picnic here. Plenty of people were here and there was more than enough parking for us, Angelo loved visiting! We will come back!

One of our two favorites in the LA-area, this park offers a wonderful mix of size, terrain, and parking. Also nearby, is a large field area that we sometimes take our dog to afterwards for a nice, cool-down walk. Many dogs take advantage of that too. Pros: Super long park (150+ yards) which means your dog can run as much as they want without hinderance. It's got woodchips/leafy, so your dog won't get as dusty as in a dirt dog park. There many trees which offer run terrain for the dog and shade for humans. BIG parking lot -we've never had any issues circling around for parking. The humans we've encountered here are also very friendly. Cons: Only one water sprout which is at the front near the entrance. So if your dog is playing in the back will have to track back to get water. But that's the only downside of this wonderful park! Dog-friendliness Awesome dog park with friendly dogs and people. Separated into small/big dogs.
