I love the dog park here and being able to walk my dogs around the lake. There's always parking available and people always seem to be nice. Besides for the occasional street car fanatics gathering around and doing donuts on one of the remote control air plane circles, this park is always pretty peaceful. Review changed a little bit. Now they have vehicles with people that live in the park. Noone takes care of this. They leave trash all over. 1 RV that has been there for months and another pickup truck that clearly has been there for months. Seriously sketchy looking people. There used to be park workers that would check for stuff like this before closing and locking the gates at night. I guess not anymore. So parts of this park have taken a sharp turn in the wrong direction. Playground No real playground Restrooms It has some restrooms in several areas Dog-friendliness It has a great dog park inside the park Picnic area Lots of picnic areas

We are travelers. So we seek out dog parks for Millie to find friends and have off leash freedom. This is such a nice big park. Lots of dog obstacles and points of interest. There is also water available. Quite clean and well maintained. Important for travelers: ample large parking lots for those towing or with big rigs.

Very lovely little lake on the outskirts of town. Was a cold day (for Arizona) but I was still out in shorts and a short sleeved shirt. Not for swimming, but good for fishing, bird watching, casual walking or a photoshoot.

This is a beautiful place for friends and families. The lake has many good fishing spots and a nice variety of ducks. There are several areas where you can have a barbecue. It also has a dog park, clean restrooms, and plenty of parking and playground area. 0:19 0:10

What a clean park, with so many different sports. The lake to fish in is pretty big and looks to be kept well. Not to mention the restrooms and the splash pad. Wow. Very impressive it be nice to have this in Tucson. Mom & my working girl. Playground Super clean, playground is well kept. Restrooms Wish we had them this up kept and updated in Tucson Dog-friendliness They even offer a nice spacious dog park. Whhhhhat!!!!!!!! Picnic area All is great. Keep up the amazing job. Had been here before when it was called Columbus Park, can totally understand why it was switched, but not being from around here, not sure for whom it is named. Had a nice quite dinner under a tree watching the ducks and listening to the dogs. Very peaceful.

9/23/2023: Visiting from Ohio, my 2nd Tucson visit, this was one of the nicest parks I've been to. The lake is serene & with plenty of shade there for walkers & fishermen alike. The walk around the lake gives many alternate views of it. Dog-friendliness Nice park w/the picturesque lake & people with their dogs (including us!).

Everything so very run down and everything needs painting. Such a shame, lots of birds migrating and great for kayaks. Not sure who is responsible for maintaining this park, but it is somewhat of a disgrace. Most everything needs a new paint job, including the curbs. Such a shame, it has great possibilities Restrooms Available but bare essentials.

It's always a great place to get too early to watch the sun come up. Usually quiet and full of people fishing. Extra perk for me is when the volunteers at PACC bring the dogs out for walks. It's always nice seeing the pups. Restrooms There are public restrooms. I've never used them though. Dog-friendliness There are always people out walking their dogs around the pond /small lake. As well as a dog park. Picnic area A few small picnic areas with tables as well as some with cover.
