there are electrical outlets all over the park for people to use if the workers hadn’t have removed the cover plates and replaced them so noone can use them. they are there but not accessible. the lights don’t even come on in the east parking lot until 6 am and they should be on all night. the community service workers are mostly concerned with what they can find and are completely unsupervised. people don’t abide by leash laws there and the flies are completely out of control and they bite and won’t leave you alone. the sinks never work so bring water.

Nice skate park. My kids 9 & 12 enjoyed it, but not their favorite. They're transitioning from scooter to skateboard, so the small obstacles were almost too easy, and the big obstacles, i.e., bowls, were too deep. Would have been more fun with the scooters, they said. We went close to sunset. I'm not sure I would have felt safe alone with the kids after dark. I was glad my husband was along. I definitely would not allow my kids to go alone, ever. There is almost always some foul language at any skatepark, but I found this one to be especially true amongst the young kids (pre-teen) as well. Most of it stops when there's a mom standing around watching, so I would come again, but there are definitely better options. There were lots of memorials around the park. I've never seen this before or noticed it when we'd come years ago, but I think they were more decorated considering the time of year. I think it may have recently been the Day of the Dead? While the kids did try to come across as tough little dudes, they were all very nice and in fact, my 12 year old made several friends and swapped gear for turns just like he does any time he hits a skate park. Could use some benches on the sidelines so I don't have to sit on something a kid may want to skate on.

This is my favourite park while I am in Vegas. The soccer fields are too good for walks and run. Children playing area, picnic spots and walking paths are all good and well maintained.

Really nice dog park! The grounds were clean and well maintained, and the regulars who bring their chairs out were super welcoming and friendly. There are multiple sections for the dogs to play, and one area was closed for seeding which shows they take care of the grass. Overall a great, relaxed atmosphere we’ll definitely be back! 🐾

It was very good. The kid area was very beginner friendly. The community is nice but I wish there wasn’t a lot of leaves in one of the bowls. You can scooter, skateboard, and bmx.

Desert Breeze Park: A Las Vegas Gem! If you're looking for a fantastic spot to get active or just relax, Desert Breeze Park is a must-visit. This massive park has something for everyone! For Fun & Fitness: You'll find baseball fields, soccer fields, a skate park, and a community center with a pool. Kids will love the playgrounds, and on a hot day, the water park is the perfect place to cool down. There are also plenty of picnic areas with BBQ grills for a family lunch. A Dog Owner's Dream: But what really makes this park special is the dog community. The dog park has separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, with plenty of space for them to run and play. The atmosphere here is just incredible—you'll find the most positive and friendly people. It's a fantastic spot to meet fellow dog lovers and is especially known as a great meetup point for all the gorgeous Siberian Huskies in the area. This park is more than just a space; it's a great place to connect with others who share that good dog-owner vibe. Highly recommend a visit!

Very nice park. Has a skate park, dog park, walking trails, and is next to the Community Center. Does not appear to have a kids playground, but I didn’t explore the entire grounds. I felt safe enough to bring my wheelchair-bound dog for a walk, but did have several run-ins with unleashed dogs outside of the dog area.

Really reviewing for the dog parks! These are the best dog parks in the area BY FAR. They are well maintained, trash emptied frequently, and they rotate parks at a great pace that they never feel over run. I frequent the small dog park and the “community” is awesome. There are a bunch of people that come every night with their camping chairs and just chat while the dogs play and I love it! Lots of shade and places to sit :) there are even fountains for you to fill up your dog bowl! Dog-friendliness EXTREMELY DOG FRIENDLY!!!

It was amazing . A great price and lots of fun. Staff was really nice and walked around passing out sunblock. I like how they have wveryone take a 15min break after an hour in the pools. They make it safe for babies to 100 yrs old. We will be going back again just to go down the two large slides 🛝. …

Nestled in the heart of our bustling community, there's a sanctuary that stands out as the park of all parks. This sunken gem, with its expansive, bowl-like terrain, is a dream for pet owners; it's the perfect spot to let your dogs roam and romp until they're delightfully exhausted, chasing frisbees or simply basking in the freedom of open space. For families, it's a playground of possibilities: wide-open fields invite spirited soccer games with the kids, fostering laughter, teamwork, and those irreplaceable bonds that only outdoor adventures can weave. What truly elevates this place is its thoughtful accessibility with 6 easy entry points mean no hassle, allowing you to dive straight into the serenity without the frustration of crowded lots or confusing paths. The grounds are impeccably clean, with visitors responsibly picking up after themselves and their furry friends, creating an environment of mutual respect that speaks volumes about the community it attracts. It's refreshing in a world that often feels chaotic and neglected. Philosophically speaking, this park reminds us of the Stoic wisdom that true happiness lies in harmony with nature and one another. In an era dominated by screens and schedules, places like this encourage us to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the earth's rhythms, watching the sun filter through leaves or hearing the distant echo of children's giggles serves as a gentle nudge toward mindfulness and gratitude. It's not just a park; it's a philosophical retreat, where the act of play becomes a meditation on life's fleeting beauties, urging us to cherish the present moment amid the greenery. I've visited countless parks over the years, from urban oases to sprawling national reserves, but this one holds a special place in my heart. Whether you're picnicking under a shady tree, strolling along well-maintained trails, or simply sitting on a bench to observe the world go by, it offers a respite that's both invigorating and restorative. The subtle design elements, like benches strategically placed for optimal views and trash bins that blend seamlessly into the landscape, show a level of care that enhances every experience. On weekends, it buzzes with energy yet never feels overwhelming, striking that perfect balance between lively and peaceful. In short, I absolutely love this place. It's a testament to how thoughtful design and community spirit can create something truly magical. If you're seeking a spot to unwind, bond with loved ones (both two-legged and four-legged), or ponder life's deeper meanings, make your way here. You won't be disappointed; in fact, you might just leave feeling a little more centered and alive. Playground 2 of them Restrooms Clean on stocked most of the time. Dog-friendliness so much room to move, along with a 1 mile path around the outside, and huge sunken in area to get your dog tired. Picnic area everywhere
