Elysian Park

A mini splash spring makes the summer full of fun! The park has 2 playgrounds for different ages, a dog park, a basketball court, and a nice view!

I personally love this park. There's a nice big and always tidy (as best as possible) bathroom, two playgrounds for the small and big kids, a basketball court and dog park as well as a nice view. The park is big enough for everyone on busy days, in my opinion and the traffic flow is easy. My only issue is how open the park itself is considering it is by two streets. However, vigilance, and paying attention to your children would avoid anyone accidentally running into the streets. As for adult park activities i.e sunbathing...this isn't the park for that. It's not the right set up and it's usually mainly children playing here on most days.

A very nice and clean park for kids all ages. It's large but is sectioned in a very clever way. Each section is small and secure. The floors are lined with soft rubber.

Wonderful park to bring kids and dog walks. Beautiful view of new York city buildings. The park is beautiful and nice walk in warmer weather. Good to photography the city buildings. Overall great park for everyone.

A friend and I rented metered bicycles and traveled up and down the boardwalk. It was a very beautiful and relaxing experience, not to mention inexpensive. There view was gorgeous, and there were plenty of spots to pause and take in the scenery. I definitely recommend others take a couple of hours and visit this area!

The park is nature in itself- it is surrounded by trees. There is also a secret swing here which makes this place more majestic. I will definitely visit here again.

I love to bring my dog here for the sunrise. There's benches all around for you to take in the sights of the city across the harbor. Cute things for kids to have fun while you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of families in the park around the afternoon. Nice and serene in the early morning!

Great place to relax and play some basketball! The courts get kind of crowded in the afternoon/evening but that's easy enough to avoid. It also has a fun playground for kids and composting bins for local residents to use!

Park is very big and has a good view wherever you look, and this park is really safe for children because the police typically do laps around the park
