Awesome place to take your furry one to exercise in the mornings and afternoons!

6-9AM & 5-7PM only…!! Really gorgeous beach! Hours are somewhat limited, and we missed the morning set hours… I took a chance & there was a guy w a Doberman there (off leash 😜) so we went, too… My little Lilly was very afraid of the ocean but, I’m going to bring her more often & get her acclimated. It’s nice to walk your dog on the adjoining boardwalk. Parking was easy street meter kiosk, however, during high times it can be challenging to find a place on the beach strip so allow for that potential time nutter flutter…

Love this beach. Today was the first time we went and not the last. It was lovely, it had a little water tap outside so you can clean you and your pet, a life guard station. Lots of off leash dogs Dog-friendliness Very very dog friendly, lots of off leash dogs but all kind

Awesome beach! Not extremely crowded besides holiday weekend. The only drawback to this strip of the beach is no public restroom. Makes no sense for there not to be multiple spots considering how many people visit this beach on a yearly basis. City of Ft Lauderdale can do better. Didn't have a dog, but brought back memories. Ft.Lauderdale Beach is so beautiful. It's home! I live now up North now, sometime you forget how much you miss somewhere, until you smell feel the warmth walk in the sand and just laying in the warm water hugging you like a lover, for me like my husband 😊. How I wish, I pray, that I didn't have cancer. Maybe, I wouldn't feel the same about the little things. I would love to live longer to take a grandchildren home to Florida show them My Love My Home Happiness 😊. Just be a kid with them. With my husband by my side. He's why I live up North. My ❤️ 😍 💖 Always Forever ❣️

If you're traveling to Miami, Fort Lauderdale is only a couple of minutes further up north and is so worth the drive. It a definitely a much calmer environment which is great for families who want to relax with their pups even though you won't see too many dogs.

I often enjoy this beach with my pups. They love it. Hit or miss sometimes with other dogs and people lol but worth going. Plus, the parks across the street. So, it's really convenient.

We went when it was off weather and still had fun. My lil coco was brave enough to touch 1 inch of water and mostly just sniff aka inhale the sand lol. We did love the boardwalk. Refer to vid of her feeling important bc she was finally walking at my height. Most likely not a super accurate review- I’m sure if the weather is netter and the wind isn’t as crazy, it’s much more popular. Either way we had fun!

It’s a quiet place to go with your dog. A lot of space, but only a few parking spots. Unfortunately there’s some people who goes with dog that invade others space, or that they’re not on a leash. I do have a dog with cancer and inmuno compromised and we really cares about him, he loves the beach so is a nice place for him. Unfortunately again, there’s some people who doesn’t respect the rules at all.
