Had a small family picnic/reunion there today. The gazebo/shaded area was perfect and had plenty of room to lay out coolers and a small spread of food for all relatives who made it down. The sprinklers/splash park looked awesome and one of our youngest attendees had an absolute blast playing in it to heat the 90⁰ heat Dog-friendliness Doggie pick up bags provided and plenty of room to let them run around Picnic area Big covered space withs lots of tables

Small obstacle course park + flower water fountains for kids to fun through. Tons of trees to sit under, feels private and well taken care of. While Bonner is always hoppin and overall crowded, Franklin is usually forgotten so it’s not so popular and we like that.

Small park nestled in between neighborhood. It was a perfect size and had plenty of room for running around, playing volleyball etc. It has a baseball area, playground, restrooms and a covered picnic area also. Nice big shade trees for hot days. I like this little park a lot. You can also reserve the picnic space for private parties. 👍 🏐 ⚾️ 🧢 🍕 🧁

Plenty of parking, great park for adult teen recreation. Not so much on the we ones idea of a fun time. Has plenty of room for aerial activity .

This close to home park is a favorite for Herbie when we're not hiking the mountains. Beautiful, maintained grounds & can always find a stick to fetch.

Franklin Park is a reasonably quiet neighborhood park. There are no vagrants to bother you and the place is clean and well maintained. They keep the restrooms open until 9ish

Franklin Park is a popular place to take your children. It offers a water spraying attraction, to cool off from the heat, children young and old where having a fantastic time in the water. There is playground equipment, a baseball field, bathrooms and an area roofed over the tables for group events. Little League baseball is facilitated, I umpired ball games here at one time. Nice place with lower vehicle traffic. I would highly recommend this location for family outings.

I grew up loving franklin park, I learned that although we have many, i repeat many diverse friends in Missoula, we are a great community to explore, some squirrels go nuts, that happens to be a fact of life. It's when they share them, you call animal control. Thier the best resource for animal rescue operations. 🙌 …
