We enjoyed a pleasant walk for a couple of miles. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are now closed due to cold temperatures. They were open a week or so ago, but not now.

Beautiful area to go for a walk, with abundant wildlife. There's an area for dogs, ponds, restrooms at the parking lot, and it connects with the Bear Creek Trail.

Came looking for frogs and was not disappointed in April. Up close to the parking area at least, there were bull frogs, leopard frogs, and some smaller brown frogs in the shallow waters. There is a mother duck near the parking, on a small island in the nearest pond, protecting her eggs as well. I saw at least two turtles on the log by the parking lot. I did see one bee visiting all the wild flowers. Love to see a healthy park like this Difficulty Easy Route type Not sure Time spent 1-2 hr Recommended activities Running, Dog Walking, Walking Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot Dog-friendliness There is a lake where you can have your dogs swim in it or run around it

A wonderful and spacious dog park, my pups love it! A great mix of sun and shade with seating for human companions and a pond for play. Playground No playgrounds as this is a trailhead/dog park area. Still a great place for families to walk! Restrooms There is a (parks so no ventilation) bathroom in the front corner of the parking lot. Dog-friendliness Great dog park for off leash play and trails to walk on leash! Picnic area Picnic tables in dog park, eat at your own risk

Several small lakes and well buily trek. You can enjoy turning trek along with 5 to 6 lakes. The scenery is beautiful, youll love the time spent here, there are many different species of pirds and small animals you can spot. Bring in your water bottle and spend hours of lovely time close to nature.

Lots of trails and love the creek. Very nice walkways for the trails, very wide, and brush is cut back so not crowded if walking with multiple people.
