Overall, this park was nice and clean. There are two sides, one for big pups and another for small ones. There’s a nice spot for pups to run around and see high up on the hill ramp. The only thing I would wish is that it were bigger.

This was absolutely lovely! It was a perfect way to spend a perfect morning. Sunny and low 70s temps.

Park overall is in a great area and clean. However the only trees are walnut trees! Lots of acorns on the ground for dogs to eat. Acorns are not Good for dogs. Please replace the only trees in the park with different trees

Wish it was bigger. It's really only enough room for 3-4 dogs. I went there, and it was maybe 20 doggies there with their humans, it felt crowded. I suggest going in the early morning to let your fur baby get exercise and only on weekdays. The weekend is really crowded.

Really great and fun dog park for being in the city, but counted at least 15 messes left from previous dog owners. Unfortunate because they’re all over the turfed obstacles that pups run all over.

Nice dog park right across from Riverside park. Turf and dirt, the pups enjoyed it!

Well maintained, plenty of space and extra bags to pick up after your dog. Ginger didn't want to leave!

We went here with our dog and it was a really nice dog park. It’s nice they have two areas: one for bigger dogs, and one for smaller dogs. There’s seating outside the fenced in park, and some smaller places to sit inside the dog park. They have turf covered places for dogs to climb up/play on, it’s mainly covered with sand, and there’s a water fountain with a bowl at the bottom to give your dog water. It’s a great dog park especially compared to some others in the area!

This is a pretty good dog park. There is a big dog area and a small dog area. The big dog area is about 3x the size of the small dog space but they are both still very nice. There were some leftover messes we had to clean up from someone who didn't do it but whatever. They have water fountains for dogs and humans alike and does of obstacles for the pups.

My dog and I had a great time, We were in the small dog area, Jax couldn’t believe all of the dogs he got to play with, At one point there to many dogs, so we went home. But we had fun!

This review isn't for the dog park itself, as my dog and I love coming here to play. Rather, the low review is because of the lazy dog owners that don't pick up their dog's waste. There's always poop everywhere and not in a corner or behind the rocks, but in plain view. Those lazy, irresponsible dog owners don't pay attention to their dog, instead burying their face in their phone. It's unfortunate, as the dog park is great but when you and your dog have to maneuver the minefield of dog poop, it takes away some of this park's charm. The park employees aren't responsible for cleaning up, despite what some lazy dog owners must believe.

This is always one of our last stops on our yearly trip to Omaha. The park is very nicely put together, with lots of fun stuff for the puppers! (We don't have dogs, but we do love watching people play with theirs. 🐶❤️)

This is simply the best for your pup, medium dog or large dog to socialize, meet and greet or run and play in clean, safe enclosure by size with fun runs and doggy hills to climb!

Just a fun little dog park, great place to let the dogs run around. Fun levels and obstacles give the dogs plenty of play places. They also have separate play places so the little pups don't feel intimidated.

Fun, cute, and clean. My pup loved sniffing around while playing with the other dogs. Separated for small and large pets... sp much fun!

A nice dog park, can get quite busy. Two separate parks, one for larger breeds, one for smaller dogs. Lots of activities for the puppies. Balls and sticks and water available. Some shade & human seating available. Downtown omaha, alongside larger park.

A large dog and a small dog park separated by a double fence with a large water bowl on the middle.

Hippie Dave is the best dog trainer I've come across so far. Him and Togo have become best friends. I ran into him again downtown at the dog park flexing his skills with another beautiful dog. He told this dog to sit and it did a circle back and positioned himself to sit right beside him facing the camera, not just plop down where he was at. If you see hippie dave out walking a dog say hi! You might see him walking our wolfie around the parks or even inside stores that allow it. #dogwhisperer #hippiedave

We saw a horrible dog fight here yesterday as we were walking through the grass area of the riverfront. It was awful and there were many people in the area who witnessed. The man who’s dog attacked the other dog, was caught kicking his dog as well. You need to have someone nearby in situations like this.

They have a small dog and big dog section. My two doggies love the park! There is a see-saw and a couple of rocks for owners to sit on. There are also chairs outside the park owners can use to sit and watch the doggies play. Highly recommended! It is located at Gene Leahy mall at The Riverfront. People are always nearby and sometimes stop to take a look at the doggies play. There is parking right next to the dog park. The parking fee is $1.25/hour for a maximum of 3 hours. If you go to the park after 9:00pm, the parking is free.
