Genesee Park and Playfield

Now that the turf fields have been redone, pretty awesome football pitch. The lighting is great and there's a dog park. I dunno if it's a good dog park but it's there.

08/12/23: it is a huge park with tons of picnic areas and trails. I see many locals running and walking dogs here. It is a very friendly and clean local park and the locals are also taking care of it since it is well-maintained and clean with almost no trashs

A very nice field but a lot of goose poop. My dog likes the dog park. Playground A cool playground, a little small. Restrooms Ok restrooms, the men's restroom had an out of order toilet. Dog-friendliness My dog loved the dog park, she rolled in the grass a lot.

Pleasant walk on W side N. to view the jet boats during Seafaire week. Amazing stunt pilot too.

Went to the Boeing seafair event. Great to see all the airplanes buzzing around and also got to see the hydroplanes. Nice place to enjoy with family or even alone. Lot of food stalls to eat and drink. They had a shuttle service to and from Columbia station which was great. Restrooms Restrooms were available. 0:10 0:10 0:07 0:13

Had a great time at Seafair. I'm so glad we maintain our parks! This park is huge you will definitely get your steps in walking around and plenty of play space for kids.

Our dog Blue comes here daily and enjoys playing with the other dogs. Very well kept park, and everyone is friendly

My favorite soccer fields in the area.

One of the better fields in the Seatyle area! Has new turf on both fields which is amazing. Dog park next to the soccer fields is always nice and once the bathroom is fixed it's an easy 5/5!

Great fully fenced in area! Lots of space to run and play but also small enough to keep an eye on your pup. We went on a Sunday around 1 and there were tons of dogs to play with. Water fountain for the doggos to drink and chairs to sit in. Some grass but mostly dirt, the real test is to see what it like when it wet out! Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back 😊

A good dog park on the weekdays, friendly people and friendly dogs!

Large Park is looked better over the years but it's making a great comeback. Many Activities to do and a huge dog park.

It's a local park. Good running \ walking path and boat rentals. Large lake for being in the middle of a neighborhood. Tables are few and lack shade. Also were full of duck poop, expected as ducks are everywhere. Nothing special from my perspective.

The people and dogs seem to be getting along. The people seem to be more attentive towards other dogs as opposed to other places I've been to like Marymoor would be nice if it were larger, but is good for what it is. Would probably come back

Thank you breeze, thank you shade trees, thanks to so nany wonderful volunteers, parking assistants, and professional vendors. Please , for those of you unable to go to Seafare 2025 ,enjoy videos of our " Blue Angels " team of six ultra precision pilots manning their F18a Hornets yesterday ( Sunday ) beginning shortly after 3:30pm. While beautiful, my boyfriend and I got locked in to the park because the gate closed at 10:30 even though google maps says it closes at 11:30 and various signs around the park all give different times. While we were trying to figure out what to do a kind security person let us out and implied it's normal for the police to lock people in the park.

Decent, but a little chaotic and dirty. Dog park looked nuts, but did not partake. Lower soccer field is a bit worn with lots of crumb rubber. Fair overall. Restrooms Somewhat dirty port-a-pottys Dog-friendliness Yes, at the dog park

One side near the boat docks is beautiful, but the opposite side is not. It has some graffiti and all around looks pretty empty. I was there the day before Memorial day and I would have liked to see more park-goers to feel more safe leaving my car parked on that side. I felt a lot better after finding the boat docks lot that is paid. The view of the water is lovely.

Genesee Park is a nice big open park. A few good long trails to walk on. Good restrooms. Near Lake Washington.
