There's typically a good amount of dogs present when I come. Perfect for getting the doggo some play time with others. The park is large and nicely shaded in a woods environment. While you will find some owners don't clean up after their dog, I would say the majority do and the trash is emptied regularly.

Dog park is a short walk along service road. I did not see visible signage near parking/playground area by service road. Good place for dogs and people! Playground Quite nice for kids Dog-friendliness Meet a new friend Picnic area Close to playground

Is nice from what I could tell but I was not able to let my dogs play because there were 4 bigger dogs there.

This dog park is gross and dirty. It's also full of trees, so when the leaves fall, it's hard to tell if you're about to step in dog poop. Not enough big open space for dogs to run at full speed without danger of hitting a tree. Restrooms There's a restroom in the recreation building nearby

As out of towners, this place felt unsafe. I was in town for an event with my daughter and our dog. Our hotel was just up the road with no room to let our pup run. Found this online. As a woman, this place didn't feel safe. There was no way to drive back. You have to walk into an unknown building to get "access" to the park... how am I supposed to walk in with my dog? Leave her in the car? Not only that, but there were men sitting in their cars in front of the playground. I'm sure it is perfectly safe and has no issues, but as someone from out of town, it didn't have a welcoming feeling.

Great size. Left is for larger dogs. Right is for smaller dogs. The left side has a low point that runs through the middle- this is where water collects and gets SUPER muddy. The dog park is a good walk from the rest of the rec area. There is a gate at the top of the hill. Not sure if it's always closed and locked, but it was when I went both times. People just drove over the sidewalk and through the grass to get to the dog park. It's tearing up the grass so why is the gate even there? But overall great size park. Garbage cans and bags available. Clean enough. Would recommend.

Nice park to let the pups run and play, complfenced in and nice terrain. Only downside could be not being able to drive back there when the gate is closed on the weekend. Not a bad walk just might not want to leave your vehicle so far out of sight.

I really enjoyed the natural way this dog park was built. My only concern was picking up dog droppings because everything disappears into the natural landscape. But of course it’s still there and I was afraid my dog would step in one of them. I must add this is the Fall season and the leaves are going to do what leaves do this time of year. Cross your fingers. Dog-friendliness Very friendly people and dogs.

Enjoy meeting the many dog lovers and their furry friends. Restrooms Have to go to rec center, need a porta potty there Dog-friendliness Many different temperaments but with 2 gated areas it makes keeping aggressive dogs away from the meek. Picnic area Kid park available but haven't seen a picnic area

The actual park is a little bit of a walk from the parking area. There isn't any signage either. There is a sidewalk leading there, though. It is well shaded, but there isn't much grass. It's mostly dirt and sand; I wouldn't suggest taking your puppy here after it's rained. The people and dogs I've met here have been very friendly. It was a great place for my 3 huskies to run and play when we lived in the area. Lastly, there are water fountains there for pups to have a drink after playing hard. Be a good pet parent and clean up after them, please. 😉
