Parks nice a lot of homeless

A great dog park just outside of the heart of downtown Tampa. Keep in mind that many homeless and vagrants can sometimes be found congregating on the benches. I have never had an issue other than asking for some "donations". Hours of operation are stated as sunset to sundown.

The park the City of Tampa forgot. Palms are frequently untrimmed. There are numerous granite pieces missing from various seating areas. Be careful not to trip on the many pavers that need regrading. It's a shame, this little park could be really special if the City invested a bit in it or if parks and recs cared.

Perry Harvey Sr Park is in utter disrepair, hardly a park, is over-run by hobos, and should be shut-down

Herman Massey Park let me see where do I start this park is a symbol of a person who's done so much good for the community and the city that they aim to make a tribute to him unfortunately the homeless situation and Herman Massey Park I had 10 to getting out of hand is more control now and more cleaner they changed a couple of things in that part out of the dog park and it seems to be all right place to go just visit relax take a load off eat lunch not bad
