Houston Bark Park and Daycare

First time taking my dog here, he had a blast! My dog is about a year old, 60 pounds, Shepherd mix. He did their initial all day evaluation and interacted well with the other dogs. I’ve been taking my puppy Fitz for a few a months now and he absolutely loves it. He thinks he owns the place. The girls always greet me and my pup with a friendly smile. I absolutely recommend Houston Bark Park.

Daisy loves to play at Bark Park. Daisy is a 2yo lab with an abundance of energy .we have been here about 6 months now, and we have also noticed a big improvement in "manners" they work on. The facility is spotless and the foam cannon is a favorite. Being able to see all the fun through the facility camera system is great. Boarding includes more fun and bedtime treats. I had previously sent my other dog there. This time my doggy was a soft fail for doggy day care - not because his behavior but because star of their bubble machine which is really loud and scared him to the point he tried to escape. My dog is not the only one who will have issues with loud noises - perhaps a suggestion to this team would be to have something that is not that loud for dogs. I believe that there are items out there which are not that loud - just a suggestion. I will have to look for a day care who does not have loud noises for play in their confined areas for dogs. We are so happy we found Bark Park for daycare and boarding! The staff is wonderful and it’s clear they truly care about the dogs. Being able to check in on the cameras gives me so much peace of mind, and our pup always comes home happy and tired from playing.

We needed to find a place to board my dog for the weekend, which I was really nervous about. Fortunately, I heard good things about Bark Park on Reddit and decided to try it out. After our initial experience with the daycare, we felt little concerns about her staying overnight. The staff at the Shepherd location was warm and friendly and they sent home a free report after her trial daycare. She didn’t seem anxious/stressed when picking her up, which she typically is after visiting the vet/groomer without us. The cameras made me feel more assured that I could drop in during the day to see how she’s doing. All in all a great experience! We’ll definitely use them again if need a place to board her!

Our dog has been going to the original Maxie location since they first opened in 2015. I believe he was one of the first 10 enrolled! We have loved the staff and facilities from the start. Every single person is kind, generous, and genuinely care for our dog…and our growing human family! When we moved to Jersey Village in 2017 we decided to continue to take our pup for weekly/biweekly daycare. And they’re the only place we use for boarding. It’s our pup’s home away from home 🥰 Also, we LOVE their seasonal picture days 🤩 We recently tried out the new Energy Corridor location and our pup loved it! I highly recommend all locations 🥰

Made my dog feel so welcome and loved for her first visit, they saw how much my pup means to me and hearing kind words from everyone at this location, about how I can check on her. Definitely a place where my Mollie will always be going!! And on top of that she got a cute report card after her visit. She was exhausted they played with her and made her feel loved!

Our dogs LOVE coming here, the staff treat them like family, know them by name on sight (and me too), and love on them like they are theirs. 100% would and have recommended. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff from management on down are friendly, responsive and caring. Their Academy class is great, working on training and more focused than general daycare, and you get report cards! And craft projects! The daycare areas and some of their boarding suite have cameras which is great when you’re missing your pup and want to see what they’re up to.
