Indian Lake Dog Park

My favorite park in Wisconsin where one can enjoy the sound of silence. Our dog's ashes are here as this was one of his favorite places.

I’ve driven by this park countless times and finally got to experience it!! At the time we went there was construction happening on the road. There are NO fences. Truly an off leash experience. Lots of land, some trails to follow, and bags at the start along with a porta-loo. Three other pairs showed up during a quick 30 minute stay - it was super windy and super cold until we found shelter behind the trees to the right of the pond.

Pulled over to eat cheese we just purchased from local vendors. The view was gorgeous and all we heard was birds chirping. We didn't have a dog or see any but there were signs for dogs and the rules.

One of our favorite parks to let our pup run free. We love the huge dog area and the wonderful trails that get you into the forest and out of direct sun

This is not your typical fenced in dog park. It is just a big open space on the edge of the county park that you can let your pet off leash in. I would not recommend it unless your dog has very good recall. There is some water access to the small lake/pond.

Always love this Park! Dog can run and explore. It had beautiful vistas. Remember to wear yak tracks or similar in the winter.

Usually not very busy, maintained paths and access to the lake. The park has no trees, except for on the outskirts, and is basically an open field with trails cut through the longer grass. There’s no “fence” so if your dog has a tendency of running away, I would choose another dog park to visit. Overall, a nice option!

Great place to bring the pup to run around for awhile. Always go at sunset and it's such a sight. A lot of field mice to keep him entertained.

Great park, never crowded. I tend to stay in the back section, the front section faces the road and has no fence. They have access to the lake if they get hot. Great in winter as well. Totally worth it. Dog-friendliness Open dog park. Best park for dogs. No garbage can on open side. Picnic area There are benches and benches as well.
