There bridge is amazing piece of iron work. A great place fire taking photos. Especially during a sunset or for long exposure of the traffic below the pedestrian bridge. The only issue is that this park had some issues with people and legal issues. We saw several police officers dealing with the homeless, dig users and it gave this great park an unsafe feeling. Too bad because it is a nice place.

Secluded little park and trail. You wouldn't know it's there, unless you took the bike path. I like how it's a hidden little retreat away from to he hustle of downtown Tucson. However I wouldn't ever take my kids to it. Too much broken glass and I seen several remnants of drug paraphernalia.

I really love Iron Park for many reasons first it the snake bridge that everyone loves it's just a one of a kind. I understand that when they decided to to build it a lot of the people didn't even want it, I think they may have thought the money could have been spent different, but as it turned out everyone loves it. From what I see now is that it needs alot of repairs and the government of Tucson Arizona doesn't want to spend the money on it, I believe the mayor of Tucson wants it repaired but lack of votes to back her up. I really feel and believe everybody should Google starving the beast it might help Tucson thank you

This park is pretty neat for what it is, playground for the kids, shade areas to picnic, and you get to see the cyclists and joggers go by as it is at a fork in the road for the bike path. A nice place to clear your head and escape the commercial consumerism of what 4th age and downtown has become. And iron horse is a cool name for a train.

They took out the playground instead of replacing it. There’s now no parks for kids in the area Playground Doesn’t exist

Love chilling here with my friends

I live 3 blocks from the park. I'm a bicycle rider and I love crossing the Snake Bridge. It gives you a unique view of downtown Tucson toward the west and looking east down Broadway. Iron Horse Park is a great place to start your bike tour on the Loop which circles Tucson.

The dog park is great and so well done. Lots of friendly people and dogs. Ocasional homeless people in the other areas but not unusual for Tucson and certainly less than some places downtown. So happy with the updates.

We only stopped to see the snake bridge. The park is full of homless men camping out or harrassing people who are trying to enjoy the park with there familes. It does have a great little mobile library..i love these with the take one and leave one books..

Went well over last weekend, until a homeless person woke up early in the afternoon right next to the playground area yelling at my family and I. We left soon after... and were even purposely quiet not to disturb his slumber! It was our first time out in the neighborhood and we were checking out things nearby. Won't return here, it's a shame it looks like a pretty nice little park next to the city 🤷♂️ No wonder it sits mostly empty... that's the downtown area for ya

Love the poetry engraved on the monument. Definitely pause to read this poem.

This was our place to park to get to Rattlesnake Bridge. We came at around 2pm, which is very hot time of day AKA super easy to follow COVID social distancing because no one was here! Really cool bridge, love the concept!

nice bike/walking paths, connects to Downtown, 4th Ave, Broadway/Euclid intersection, Rattlesnake Bridge, not finished downtown bypass, Aviation Pkwy Bike Trail. Nice playground, ramadas, seating. Despite homeless presence, they tend not to congregate here; bringing kids and pets seems safe and TPD bike cops patrol frequently. i suspect there are non descript surveillance cameras, but not positive. Still a bit of a work in progress.

Not safe for families. Visited on a Monday around 10 am with my 3 young kids. Lots of homeless people openly using drugs. We lasted less than 5 minutes before heading back to the car ASAP.

Our new favorite place!!! Such a cute little park tucked away right near downtown. It's perfect! It has plenty of room to run and play, with obstacles. We love the giant water fountain out front!

Very gorgeous. We went to run along the rattlesnake bridge. We were told it rattles, but we're disappointed to find out it did not. It was still very fun to run across. :) Playground also looked fun even though kids didn't have time to play on it.

Beautifully renovated. Great dog parks (one for small, one for large dogs) with agility obstacles and great shade trees. Also a basketball court.

There is no water source around that I could find. The snake bridge that passes over e Broadway is neat. It looks like a huge diamondback rattle snake and sometimes makes a rattle sound when u pass the tail. No shade over playground. Be careful when it is dark.
