Obviously whoever designed this park thought about it before starting it! There is plenty of seating, a great number of growing trees that will provide shade in years to come, toys, water, and art surrounding the park to keep things interesting. Obviously well loved dogs live here in Jackson.

Went to this cute doggy park, they have a great time here. It would be even better if it had jump walls and agility tunnels. Regardless, they are having a great time. When our doggy is happy, so are we Dog-friendliness It has a great area for doggies and bags for clean-up. +2 1 Share Response from the owner a year ago Thanks for your comments. Our pup, Marley Jo, loves it here! Central location, well-kept, and surrounded by historic homes. Two ways they can make it better: put an audio walking tour of the actual dog walk online and put a QR code at the park entrance for donations. All of the murals and public art in town are a huge bonus! Like Share Response from the owner 3 years ago Thank you so much for your comments. So glad Marley Jo loves the park. More murals are on the drawing board. Great idea about the QR code. Not quite certain what you mean about the walking tour. Staff.

Lovely little park. It has a lot of greenery for the pups, an area to fill up water bowls, bathe your pooch, and a little pool to fill for those hot days and water-loving dogs. There are plenty sitting areas, shade trees, and a poop bag dispenser. Definitely worth a weekly visit so your dog gets time to socialize! 2 Share Response from the owner 3 years ago Thank you very much. We're glad you both enjoy it.

I just found out there isn't a separate area for smaller dogs. Not to offend anyone but, dog parks usually have 2 areas, one for large/medium dogs and one for small dogs. Sadly, it is not safe for my little dogs there. 3 Share Response from the owner 3 years ago Laura, so sorry you felt it was not safe for your dog and were not able to stay at the park. Different size dogs visit all the time. The planners did not think the park was large enough for two separate areas. We do have a larger park north closer to the interstate that does have separate areas for large and small dogs. Thank you for taking time to offer your thoughts.

Free, with dog toys. Good location. Not too busy, but usually a couple other people or dogs. Could probably use more often landscaping maintenance, but overall pretty cool. Totally fenced. A little less than an acre? Most regulars at this park are pretty good, picking up poo and aware about their dogs. Warning there are some people who will not ask for consent before trying to feed your dog. Water bowl, water tub, lights at night. Some shade. We took River to the park for a good time running free and playing with other dogs. She had an amazing time! 0:29 Like Share Response from the owner a year ago We hope you have returned with River.

We, Reclaimed Concepts, built 3 benches for the park and delivered them today. They look great! It's a very nice park with plenty of room to let your dog run, fetch, and play.

The space is nice, there is clean drinking water available, a wash tub, plenty of seating, waste bags, and trees to provide much needed shade in the summer. Parking confused me a bit but wasn't a big deal. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it seems like some pet parents are irresponsible and don't clean up after their dogs. Thankfully my pups have got the "leave it" command down and I was able to clean up a lot of it before they treated themselves to the buffet. I hope everyone understands that dog poop is NOT a fertilizer. It NEEDS to be cleaned up for the health and safety of dogs and humans alike. Pet waste runoff has a terrible impact on our ground water, and it can be easily avoided by spending less than a minute bagging it up and throwing it away. During our travel over the last 2 months we have stopped at 10 different dog parks across 8 states. Not a single other park we went to had this problem 2 Share Response from the owner 3 years ago Miranda thank you for visiting our park. We're sorry you were there on a day when there was more poop than should have been.
