The park is clean, peaceful, and offers some of the best views in the area. It’s a nice place to relax, take photos, or just enjoy the scenery. It’s a lovely small park where you can definitely take a photo with the world-famous Hollywood sign in the background. There are lots of tourists there at pretty much any time of the day. It’s quite difficult to find a parking spot. In front of the park, people sell drinks and some snacks. There is also a playground in the park, which is a big plus for families with children. Personally, I really liked this place. You get there by driving along winding roads, sometimes narrow streets with parked cars on both sides, so be careful. Picnic area It’s definitely a great place for a family picnic and not only for that. I recommend walking a little further away from the main entrance, as there are lots of people taking photos with the Hollywood sign in the background.

This is the best place I have ever found to see Hollywood sign. Expect wait for your turn but it’s worth.

Had a great view of the sign from here. You can keep driving up the hill from the park and see the sign better; that’s where most people take their pic with the sign in the background. Good view of the city too. If you don’t really care about hiking, but you just want to see the sign, I recommend going here instead of the observatory. Just a heads up- parking is tough and the roads are sharp and tight.

Seeing the Hollywood Sign in person is one of those iconic moments that feels surreal even though you already know exactly what to expect.
