Mickey Markey Park

They let us prepare for the World Naked Bike Ride here so thanks. A park that let's you stage hundreds of naked people in it for hours and a place to close out the festivities, cant beat that. The neighborhood was conveniently close to a perfect parade route. Good times, great oldies.

Community spot. Awaiting long promised help keeping the playground by Devin DeWulf, whose zone variance permitted BEANLANDIA swamps the adjacent blocks with visiting cars, driving away parents who've spent years pushing onward the heroin crowd to another park. Through sheer force of will (and rakes and pruning shears and sponges, and, fiercely-monitoring-their-children) alone. A landline, BEANS? Or, in the end is it just being rich, and HIP?

Maybe not the greatest area, but this is a very clean park and I have been never had any issues here.

Nice serene park! Visit Beanlandia, home of the Krewe of Red Bean, it's also a museum to beans, yes legumes! Funtastical!

Other than adults with no kids playing on the playground while young toddlers were at play.... I think this place was great

Micky Marky Park is a nice shady area with some play ground equipment. There is also drinking fountains and a fair amount of seating conveniently located. This is a very nice neighborhood park with lots of grassy area for children to play. Nice park. Nice play ground and open grass. Not sure about the people that go at night. Day time is a good with kids

Nice and quiet between2 and 4 am. If the weather is good you can see some stars

A cute pocket playground. Has a clean walking/jogging path and playset with sandbox.

Nice neighborhood park. A bit run down but the neighbors do what they can to keep it nice.

Shady, quiet, cute neighborhood and right next to Beanlandia (The Bean Museum) in Bywater

I love bringing my dog here late at night. We just have to get outta there before 6am when the leash gestapo arrives. He has this problem of staring dogs in the eyes and wonders why they bark at him?

Great little Bywtr neighborhood park, play area with playground equipment with a musical theme for the kids then also a dog park part. It's a neighborhood tradition and within 2blks from the Rusty Rainbow at End of Piety cross that then you'll end up at a river front park great view of the Mississippi River and Quarter plus Brats with traditional German foods and Pizza Delicious all right there within walking distance end of Piety

If you like small parks then you'll love this! It's a small park!

Quiet. Nice park. Often cute dogs around. Also a Pokemon Go Gym

Great little park, Mickey Markey park. We had to pass by from Metairie and we're very happy finding this park. Had great shade and closed area nice little area for sand play and one swing and one baby swing. Our 3 year old was very happy. !

A quiet place to visit at night. I really preferred the previous design of the park however. A little too bougie in my opinion. A good place to look at boring plants and meet tourists

I love this park. I bring my dd here all the time. She loves the slide and the swing. They even have a sandbox like area. Also they have a area where you can work on your pull ups. I just wish the had someone on a regular to come and clean the sand off the play area from time to time.
