Paco Sanchez Dog Park

Great park with lots of trees and shade for my dog

This is a great dog park. It reminds me of a smaller version of Tony Grampsas Dog Park. There are two segregated areas. One for slow energy dogs and general populations. Both areas have an abundance of shade. You can get there by light rail, as it is one block west of the Decatur-Federal Station on the W-Line. There is plenty of parking at the dog park and around the general Paco Sanchez Park. It's pretty safe the as there are several security cameras and another patron felt it was safe enough to park their convertible there. So overall, Denver did an excellent job with this park. Hopefully, they will incorporate dog water stations, similar to what Lakewood does at Morse Park. Thank you for this new dog park Dog-friendliness Very!
