Private Dog Park Lubbock

We used to LOVE this park and would have given 7 stars. But now they've kind of forgotten about it. Trash seems to really litter to pond and dog poo is a little excessive. Next time we go if trash and poo are taken are of, I will adjust the stars and review!

Such a cute dog park! Took my guy and he could have died he was so happy. There is a smaller fenced off area thats open and a large area with obstacles. All the people and dogs there were very friendly.

Clean, small & large dog areas, several agility/game stations, hose for water bowls, poop bags, benches. No shade, on the smallish side. Kudos to the two volunteers that came to scoop poop & tidy the place. Owners...please pick up after your pet!

Nice little park. Full of poop because owners won’t pick up after their dogs. Also, not secure for smaller dogs. Our dog is 2 years old, Rat Terrier Mix and about 10-11 lbs and easily fits through the fence.

Love coming here with our puppies!! Its right by our house! Its clean for the most part. One night the sprinklers randomly came on and ruiened all our fun. We are so glad they have the water back on! Over all I recommend to everyone!!!

It was beautiful, and love the agility yard. However, if owners are just going to sit on the bench with their phone, they should let their dogs play in the other yard off leash, so that those of us who DO interact with our dogs can without your dog wanting rewards for being in the way.

We used to love this dog park, however today we learned the difficult lesson about dog parks. Tonight my dog was bit by a pit bull at this park. If you bring your dog here, practice extreme caution with the other dogs. You never know when it could go wrong.

Dog poop everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. Park, dog park, apartments, grass landscaping. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Sidewalks, street islands, walking trail, lake. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. With that means gnats and flies. YUK LUBBOCK

How cool that we found this gem in Lubbock! Well maintained and good size! Plus, they have a water hose which is great and the big dog/small dog parks are separate! We had so much fun!

We take our dogs here often and they love playing with the other dogs! I love. That they've expanded the smaller dog section and have obstacles

It's not the best dog park, especially after a rain storm, because it is a very muddy place. The last time we were there, it had broken glass and lots of red aunts, so I had to carry my dog he wouldn't get bitten

A very nice park to get my 4 legged friend & myself exercised. The large park with walking paths are a nice variation when we just want to be alone. Plz remember to P.U. after your dogs. I've had to clean up other dogs poop & I've seen some of the current college crowd stare @ their dogs going & just walk away. Come on man... it's called responsibility.

Small dirt patch, muddy in mornings after dew or watering. Full of dog poop, Owners are not picking up after their dogs. One guy said they have volunteers come by once a month so he does not worry about picking up after his dog! I picked up 13 bags of poo while there and got half of it. Plus side is nice agility items for dog.

Nice place to meet other dog owners in the area. The lack of shade makes it extremely hard to spend much time here. Also they don't keep up with the grass. The larger area is half dirt, and if it rains or the sprinklers come on, it turns into a muddy mess!

There aren't many options around Lubbock for places to take your dog but this one is close and there are always friendly people (and dogs) here so I highly recommend it. Their water is being fixed right now though so plan ahead and bring a little water for your furry friend!

Nice place. Big And small dog yards. Both yard are petty large in size which gives plenty of room for dog groups posing playing. Yard was mostly clear of dog doo-doo which shows people there pick up after their pets. Especially since it hadn't rained for nearly 90 days which means nothing was being washed away. Be sure to bring your own water and bowl. Be sure to bring a folding chair. There is only one little bench in each yard. Don't short change your dog by getting tired before they do.

Considering its one of the only dog parks in Lubbock, it is ok. It has two fenced off areas for dogs to be, with one being open and the other having some obstacles for the dogs. Also has trash cans and baggies as well as a water spout. A lot of other people go there as well so there's always some dogs ready to play. Most people are friendly, but just watch out for certain people because some don't have well behaved dogs and lack control of them while their dog just misbehaves (you'll know soon enough once you start going who is who...) They do say dogs are just like their owners though I guess. It just makes the experience so much worse than it has to be though. Also just wish people were a tad more courteous and picked up after themselves and their dog. All in all, decent enough for Lubbock I suppose.

Nice place to take your dog to meet other dogs. The trail winds around for plenty of jog action with man's best friend.

A great dog park in a city with very few. Some fun ability obstacles and very nice regulars. Maintenance is not great. Lots of poop around the edges and the dogs occasionally dig holes which never get filled.
