Providence Park

It's perfect for walking whether you are by yourself, with the family or with your dog. Plenty of trees for shade and fresh air.

It's pretty nice for a local city park, plenty of area to run, and a long walking track around it. I really like that they've designated some areas for wildlife and native plants, and the small marshy areas that are important to our area. Definitely a lot of room to grow that aspect since the dog park was relocated across the street.

For a Dog park, it’s ok. Lots of room to run around for the pups, but no shade or water for the dogs, so we have to make and bring our own. My dog loves playing here and meeting the other dogs. So it’s a great place to have your dog run around and get some exercise.

Nice playground and walking trails & baseball fields. Nice bathrooms and concessions & parking. But the temporary doggie pen has no shade for doggies or people! And you have bring water or lug it from the bathroom.

Nice small park, dog park, walking or running path. Outer circle around 0.67 miles. Has picnic tables and benches.

Never too crowded, plenty of space to walk, theres a big grassy area for people to fly kites, do exercises, all kinds of things

The park is a good place to do your daily exercise and to walk the dogs. At this moment is being renovated.

Enjoyed the park went to see my Grandson play Baseball ⚾️ very clean bathrooms, concessions all around good place.

I loved this place so much. My dogs and I so much fun there. I would like to see a little doggie water fountain. East Beach in Norfolk has one I saw. It was very low to the ground. Anywho we will be back since my dog got tried the first loop.

It is basically for baseball games and practice. The trail is short but nice. Playground The playground is mainly for toddlers, especially under 6. I went there with my 9 and 8 year old children, but they were not interested in the playground.
