This dog park is not hard to find if you have half a clue with regard to reading maps. Put the map on satellite view. You'll notice an incredibly obvious picture of a high tension power line tower immediately to the west of the dog park. Guess what, they don't just scatter these structures randomly across the city. They are usually connected to other high tension towers via power lines. Go figure. So you can easily spot the dog park by driving down Midway, looking for collection of power lines that span the road, and then either look to your right or left and you'll see the dog park. Again, you can see the dog park from Midway. In case that's too tricky for you, just turn into the Mattress Giant parking on the south side of the Mattress Giant building and drive to the far west end of that parking lot... there's the dog park. Come on people! The dog park is kind of small. It has water fountains and they provide bags for animal waste disposal. There is practically no shade. I would recommend the Wagging Tail dog park on Keller Springs road, just to the west of Preston.

We love this dog park! Google Addison treehouse so that you end up in the right parking lot—the park is under the power lines between the courtyard hotel and Addison treehouse office buildings.

A good small dog park in the middle of a high volume living area. Sturdy fencing, small dog & large dog sections and double-gated entrence gates. Park has drinking fountain, decent amount of paved bench seating, a couple of activity structures, and with consitant maintenance. Note: There is limited shading. Only park in Dog Park guest area. Closed on Wednesday for weekly maintenance. Can be very congested during busy times so always be respectful of others space.

This small laid back dog park is hidden behind a business park. Its central to Addison and stays open late which is perfect for me.

Nice dog park. The grass is very thick and full. It is a nice size...... not too big and not too small. They provide waste bags and have clean receptacles. Well maintained. My dogs thoroughly enjoyed it. There is no water so bring your own water and bowl.

Nice dog park with separate area for the big babies. Great for playdates.

The people are the best part of this dog park, actually the dogs are the best part humans are second. Nice folks with well tempered dogs, always a fun time for my fur family.

Just went there with my pup but it was chained shut. Beautiful day, hasn't rained recently so it's not muddy or anything.... guess whoever manages it.. doesn't.

GPS takes you to the courtyard hotel next to the park which will tow you if you are going to the dog park. No clear signs to get to dog park. Seems like it's more for residents? It was also locked when it showed open. Hours should be updated

Parking is in an awkward location. If you park at the Marriott where Maps directs you, it is likely it will cost you a trip to a tow yard. Grass is green, fences are new. Not much else too exciting. In all fairness it was a Thursday at 8:30A.M. would return again knowing how to actually get there now.

After leaving downtown Dallas and moving to East Dallas, i found myself searching for a new park for my best friend. I was unable to find it with GPS [google and yahoo maps] and had to reply on directions given by other reviewers. The park had no trees which meant no shade, provided one water spout for the dogs, and was not very accommodating to the owners with no place for us to sit at. The yard was very smaller and did not provide enough space for larger breeds to run freely.

Kind of sketchy but I've met great people and dogs here. When put into your GPS, it takes you to hotel parking when their is actual parking on the other side. Right how their is construction going on so they have a temporary wire fence with a gate that is always open. This seems quite dangerous, but when the gates are locked EVEN THOUGH the hours say 5am-11pm Monday-Sunday (except closed for Wednesday for maintenance), it can be quite helpful with gaining access. I've loved everyone I've met here so far, and no one has brought any crazy dogs that attacks others. I give 3 stars because of the area and the inconsistencies in access.

Love coming here, people are always nice and they actually look after their dogs not like other places we've been too! A little hard to find it's usually closed for about 2 days if it rains, which sucks but not a big deal. The big dog area is nice less grassy than the little dog area but definitely spacious with lots of room to run. Has a water fountain and tennis balls so dogs can play. If your dog loves to chase balls and run around I recommend this place!

Great rectangular park for your dog to expend some energy that isn't packed. Like other reviewers said, the people are quite friendly, just like their dogs. There were also a number of shelter volunteers and trainers when I came. Dogs don't care about the shape of the park or the amenities, just a place to run around and mingle. Also, there are fountains in the middle of both the large and small parks

It is open from 5am to 11pm, which is a plus. However, on the night I went, when there was no moonlight, the park was so dark that I was hesitant to get out of my car because it's in a rather isolated location, and I couldn't really see if anyone else was inside the enclosure or not. The parking area, as well, was quite dark. When I went during the day, however, I found it to be pleasant enough. One thing I did notice is that there is very little shade, so I can imagine that in the summer it's quite scorching both for dogs and humans. On the small dog side there's no shade at all. I did appreciate that the fence is very tall, so there's no need to worry about an athletic dog jumping over. Since the dog park is exposed to the sun, if I were going to make suggestions for improvement (other than lights) it would be a splash pad for the dogs: turn the shortcomings of this park into it's strengths.

Just a rectangle, difficult to find parking. Google sent me to a hotel parking lot. So after getting out of the car with my dogs I walked over and a sign said no parking for dog park. So we got back in the car and drove to another lot. At the dog park one woman came over to me after her dog came to me and I pet him. She told me not to pet him because he growls and bites... After the fact. That's not ok to bring him to a dog park. Overall terrible experience. Will not come back

I think when a certain location says that it will be closed at 11 pm it should close at 11 pm not an hour and a half before that. I left to take my dog to the dog park that I've been promised him the entire week, and whenever I got I wasn't able to get in because online it says closed at 11 pm, but they did closed before 9:45 pm once I git there exactly this time and the locks were in the gates. Thank you so much!

My dogs love to go here and the people are always friendly. There is a good mix of dogs and sometimes there are a lot. Fun place for my dogs...it is flat and they can run till they are ragged. One down side is that there is no shade so it gets a little hot. But that is it.
