Nice park to be. Lots of space. It has seating areas to eat your lunch. I love the tall trees, lots of shade. A playground is provided for the little ones. Great hills to roll down. Down side, there are no public restrooms.

When I relocated to New Mexico from North Carolina in 2020, a friend living here who also had lived on the east coast told me that I would probably miss green grass and giant trees more than anything. Boy, was he right. So what a lovely surprise when I discovered Roosevelt Park recently when I just happened to be passing by. Although now we are in winter and the grass is brown and the trees stand bare, I went for a visit and I absolutely loved this park. I cannot wait for the warmer months to come when this park will be green and lush. It was a nice day, by winter standards, when I visited and there were multiple small groups enjoying the frisbee golf course. There was also a group practicing yoga. I sat for a while in the park and meditated. There is a nice paved walking trail around the park. On the south end there are beautiful unobstructed views of downtown. There is also a playground for the kids. I really enjoyed my time spent here and look forward to future visits.

Beautiful spacious park with lots of shade trees and some of the most lush grass! Absolutely lovely place to enjoy an afternoon picnic. Watch your step, children, and pets though, we saw a needle on the ground among lots of other questionable litter.

Pretty good park. Plenty of open spaces and a jungle gym to play on. This park does not have swings, baby or big kid, and the jungle gym could use a canopy or two to help reduce the heat it builds up from the sun.

One of the most beautiful parks I've been to since living here in Albuquerque and I love the Disc Golf course here๐ big wide open area, half of it has the Disc Golf course and the other half is more family picnic bench areas where you don't have to worry about getting hit. Love the amount of trees in this park and it has a excellent playground for kids. I highly recommend getting out and enjoying this beautiful area in the heart of the city ๐

This park is very unique in that it is a place to play Frisbee golf. You will see all around the park stations and nets for playing Frisbee golf. Another feature of this park is that it's very hilly, so it's a good place for a hike. Lots of beautiful tall trees and lots of space for a party. There is also a jungle gym and some of the walking trails are the most scenic in Albuquerque.
