Neighborhood dog park. With Neighborhood pet owners that think they own it. 2 areas available. Nothing fancy. We won't be back

Went early morning, no other dogs were there so it was quiet. Only drawback was it was mowing day so me and my dog only got to enjoy it for a few minutes but he was happy none the less.

CSpot Run Dog Park is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in Hattiesburg for dog lovers. The park is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, giving pups plenty of room to run freely, chase balls, and play with other dogs. I love that they have separate areas for small and large breeds, which makes it feel safer and more comfortable for everyone. The grounds are well-maintained, with shaded spots, benches, and water stations to keep both dogs and owners cool and hydrated. It’s clear the people who run this park care about creating a fun and friendly environment—you can feel it in how respectful and welcoming the community is here. My dog always leaves happy, tired, and ready for a nap, which tells me all I need to know! If you’re in Hattiesburg and looking for a place where your dog can burn off energy and socialize, CSpot Run Dog Park is the perfect spot. Highly recommend checking this park out.

I love the park. I have a dog going blind I take to the park. Even though signs say large and small dogs a woman entered small side with a big dog and the man on the large dog said as he came to small dog side, she made me do it! I had to leave as his dog was picking on my dog. People are mixing large and small dogs, not caring about the feelings of other dog owners.

For the 3rd time I have come to this park to have to rescue by chiuaua from an aggressive large dog that should not be on the small dog side anyway. There needs to be a larger sign that states "ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE DOGS ON SMALL DOG SIDE".

It is utterly disgusting and disrespectful that not only once, not twice, but three times I stepped in feces while playing with my dog. You either need to pay more attention to what your dog is doing or you're an ignorant and inconsiderate lazy person.

We just moved here to Hattiesburg from Oakland, California & See Spit Run Dog Park was the 1st dog park Edmond and myself went to & it was an experience like just like back home. People were super friendly here & struck nice conversations & all dogs were friendly with each other!

This is a really nice fenced park. There are large and small dog areas, water, bag disposal, benches, and shade. The people and dogs were nice.

So EXCITED! about this Dog Park. We live in the country so my pups have plenty of roaming area, BUT it is nice to know that when you ride them to town there is somewhere toy can take & let them out to run free for a little while! ♡♡♡♡ whoever came up with making this space a park for our pups! !

This is an awesome dog park. Good parking, trees for shade, sandy areas so dogs “can” dig, water fountains that work great for human and dog, poop bags are provided, people leave spare tennis balls for others to use, people pick up their dog waste(only saw one that wasn’t picked up). I would give this a must visit if your on the road or just right locally close to it.

Beautiful place! Nice and quite, with well kept grounds. There's separate areas for large and small dogs. There's also a dog/person watering station! They provide bags to pick up after your dog as well. It's an all around great place to take your dog. A nice quiet place for you and your pet!

No dog wash station. My doodle decided to roll around in a huge puddle of black mud with standing water they had here. Complete normal doodle behavior and he’s a puppy who loves the mud but they didn’t have anywhere to wash or hose him down. This puddle was deep with dark black water so clearly it’s been there for a long time. The city either need to cover this up or install dog wash stations. I had to carry this poor muddy dirty puppy in my brand new car. He shook around and made everything dirty. Just a huge headache and mess to clean up. And it took washing him with soap 5 times to get 90% of the nastiness off. Never again! It’s just so normal for me to expect a dog wash station as all other dog parks in all other cities I’ve been to, all have them that I didn’t even check before I took him. But I loved the people here! People here were just the most friendly bunch I’ve ever met! Also is it a uniquely hattiesburg thing to not have dog wash stations at dog parks? I have travelled to many cities and not having a dog wash station is the rare exception in most cities not the rule like it seems to be here in hattiesburg!

The park is great with the decided small and large breed dog areas. I would have given 5 stars but the rules are contradictory and discriminatory towards some folks and their pets. The rules say that your pet must be spade or neutered. But then it also says no dogs in heat, which I can understand. But not everyone agrees with modifying their pets. And some pets are worth money for breeding etc. But you ruin the bloodline once you neuter you pet. That makes this park discriminatory towards not only pets but their owners as well.

I checked it out without taking my dogs. I'd bring them back. They have a Big dog side and a Small dog side. Water fountains in each, they didn't seem to work well(they need attention from the city). Benches to sit on. Wide open spaces to always keep your dog in view. Poop bags were available on both sides, which is great!

The park itself was great. Well kept and gated. Had a side for large and small dogs which is very nice. During our brief visit however, we encountered a beautiful gray pit bull and his owner. Once we were attempting to leave the pit seemed to get aggressive causing my husband to have to intervene and a small scuffle ensued. The man apologized and left abruptly w his no collar pit bull. Hopefully, most days aren't like that at the park. Would go again.

I just visited this dog park for the first time this past weekend. I was so impressed by the atmosphere. I loved that the park was divided between small v. large dogs. I have a small 9lb dog and she had so much fun at this park. All of the owners let their dogs off their leashes to run around and play with the other dogs. The other dog-owners were very friendly. This was a great find for me because my dog rarely gets socialization. Just make sure your dog is up-to-date on it’s vaccines!
