This is my favorite dog park. It is better to go before lunch during the week and I is beautiful with lots of room to run.

This was a nice dog park. Very convenient and and easy to get to. Very spacious there were separate sides for large and small dogs and both sides were large. However, my dog left dirty because there's no grass just dirt. The ground was very rocky and all dirt. My dog didn't love playing fetch here and cut our session short. She will usually fetch until she collapses. We found another dog park pretty close by and will probably not choose to come back to this one as often.

Large, wooded park with dirt and mulch ground cover. Water bubblers, trash and bags were all available. Several obstacles and other pieces of agility equipment scattered around the space. (Town was loading in fresh mulch while I was there)

Get spot. This was my first time there and everyone was so friendly. They have a great fenced in area with designated zones for small/large dogs and provide poop bags as well. Dog-friendliness It's a dog park. Double gates and fenced in

i’ll never attend this dog park ever again. took my dog for her birthday thinking it would be a great way to get her energy out and interact with other dogs but was extremely disappointed immediately. there were 5 dogs in the 30 pound and lower section who were very clearly NOT 30 pounds. these dogs look about 45 to 50 pounds. There is no worker around to tell dogs that they look too big to be in the section which I think is definitely needed. I still gave it a shot and immediately my dog was shaking terrified because these large dogs came charging at her and tackling her. My dog is 30 pounds and these dogs were MUCH bigger than her, clearly in the wrong section of the park. This dog park needs supervision in order to tell people the rules and make sure things are running smoothly. had to leave immediately and was disappointed. waste of time! won’t recommend or ever go back.

I am always so grateful when I see dog parks like this, because I am a very fragile person who loves to be in nature and often sees dogs unleashed on hiking trails. Last summer, I was jumped on by a dog on a hiking trail. wanted to say hi. I yelled to the owner to tell him that I was fragile and could not greet his dog and his response was “don’t worry he’s friendly.” The problem wasn’t that was friendly or not, the problem was that I have syndrome and my body cannot handle even a small dog jumping on an ankle let alone a big dog jumping on my hips. I dislocated a hip. Since then, I see a dog park I leave. Whenever I see a trail with an unleashed dog I also leave a review and I try to encourage people to visit the dog park and let their dog run wild. So grateful that Smith has a dog park like this! This encourages parents of Doggo to follow the rules elsewhere, because there is a place where their dog can run wild and play with other dogs and it’s not just their backyard. Handicapped reserved spots and plenty of parking besides. The ground is not even though, so if you have balance issues be careful! Playground I’ve never seen so much doggy-play equipment! Dog-friendliness Wide open spaces in two seperate fences, with play equipment and doggy bags, and double gates even!

I'm so happy to have a dog park in my area! My dog loves visiting the park and playing with all the other dogs! Dog-friendliness The Smithfield dog park has two areas separated, one for up to 30lbs small dogs and other for over 30lbs large dogs.

Dog parks are too risky. Our dog was attacked by 2 dogs upon entering. She used to love going. It is way too risky and risky with owners of dogs too, whom would rather relax or socialize, instead of watching or controlling their dogs. I had also witnessed dog owners leave their dog's feces on the ground. No, no way would we ever go back! And, if this is not enough to warn or discourage you from going: my friend's dog was also attacked at a different time.
