Such a nice dog park with a lot of room to run and play. I've never experienced a mean or aggressive dog here, the owners are always attentive and friendly.

I love this dog park and my dog NIKO does as well. Nice people, well behaved dogs. * for the most part*. I do wish there were a water fountain. It would be nice to refill cups/ bowls for the dogs because no matter how much water you bring, some owners forget and its only fair to share if able too.The train behind sometimes makes loud, screechy noises and all the dogs get startled but thats not a huge deal. MOST Owners tend to their dogs , @ make sure to clean up after them. Check it out!!!

A nice place , a very special place to go with the dogs to play, you can go with family or friends who love dogs.

This dog park is large with lots of dogs and you can walk back and forth across the space if you desire to get some exercise yourself. There are always dogs here!

Pros: Firstly, it's really pretty. Lots of big trees and grasses. Plenty of parking, lots of space, good drainage so that even if it has rained recently, your dog somehow doesn't get that dirty (mine is white, so I can definitely testify about this), friendly, responsible dog owners, plentiful garbage bins, extra poop bags, and lots of water bowls for your thirsty pup! No pond/lake so your doggo stays dry! Also, its open until 12 a.m., so regardless of your work schedule, you should be able to swing by! Cons: None. I love this pace and go there a couple times a week!

Cool park! It's one of the biggest I've been. My dog enjoyed a lot! Also I came with my baby in the carrier, and it was nice there are some picnic tables so we could rest a bit ;)

Good place for our pup to run around with other dogs. Terrain lacks much variety -- it's all dirt & wood chips. The park itself doesn't offer much apart from the other dogs. Most are friendly, though we have run into one or two problems (as with any dog park). The park has a couple of beat up water bowls, but I'd recommend bringing something for your dog to drink out of (and plenty of water).

Long/Thin strip of a dogpark with a variety of tall trees, a few picnic tables, a railroad on one side (some dogs LOVE the trains), and a golf course on the other. Connects with an on-leash trail system. Plus easy parking and plenty of dogs at the Right Times. And when people lose leashes or collars, they are always hung up near the gate by other patrons of the park. Good community it seems.

Love this place but it’s so big that I wish they would have a separate section for little dogs just for safety of all dogs. I have very small dogs and they got anxious here. Otherwise awesome place.

Worst dog park iv ever been to!!! It's basically a large fenced area where the park board disposes of woodchips from the trees they take down. It's a muddy wood chip mess with no vegetation other then some trees. It's an embarrassment the size of the park board budget and they can't even take care of existing parks or services yet keep expanding new parks. People leaving good reviews must never experence dog parks outside of the city. They are really missing out!

Solid dog park. Spacious enough. Never too crowded. Entrance at either end in case you need to leave before you expected to. Normally an interesting mix of pups. Does everything you want it to but nothing more. If you're in the area, check it out!

My dog had a lot of fun here. It was quite muddy and wet. It would be nice if they had a walking path maybe. We usually go in the late afternoon and there is typically 2-6 dogs and their owners there. There are 2 garbage cans along fence, but none near parking lots. Park Police do come to check for off-leash license. The officer said it was about $15 but when I looked online the price was $35 mpls resident $65 non-resident..so I don't know which is incorrect the site or the officer. You would think for the cost that they could afford some upkeep in the dog area. For example, laying mulch more than 1x per year, putting in a water fountain for dogs, a walking path, and plowing a path in the winter since it is EXTREMELY ICY

It's close and everyone is super friendly. If you have a dog that is very social, this is the place for you. My dog likes to run wild and explore with a dog pack, so the woodsy off leash parks are better for him. It is great for inner city convenience.

Right now this place is a muddy, sticky mess, made worse by giant mud puddles. Plan for your dog needing a bath! This dog park is extremely crowded at peak times: 40-50 dogs at the busiest times. Because of this, dogs have been mauled there. A couple months ago, kennel cough was going around at the dog park and my neighbor's dog got it. Because of all this, I only go at times I know it'll be quiet.

It’s a tiny park, okay if you plan to walk back a fourth. No small dog section. It was very clean, with garbage cans and bags everywhere!

Lovely dog park! As long as your dog has good recall and you monitor their playtime it is a wonderful time. Lots of different dogs of all breeds, sizes, and age.

Great dog park. Big enough that if your dog is on the shy side, you can avoid playing with the big group until your dog gets comfortable. Because you have to have a permit for Hennepin County dog parks, the people that go to this park care about taking care of it. Most are VERY good about picking up after their dogs. The trees provide shade so your dog can take a break on sunnier and warmer days. The people that go are friendly and are very aware of where their dog is and what their dog is doing.

It'll do when you just need to get your dog out, but its really just a rectangular area of land with a fence around it. Tends to get muddy. There are many other more appealing dog parks in the area that are bigger in size and have fun trails for both canine and human.
