Nice quite place for hanging out or walking the dog. The park employees do a great job with maintaining the shrubberies and flowers. There is even a book exchange post 😍 …

Love to spend time there by myself while it’s quiet and mostly people who live by the neighborhood. There sometime picnic or kids birthday party gathering and I like the mood of it! 😘🥲🎉🎊 …

Came for the Dvorak statue and stayed for the peaceful atmosphere. I was there in the evening and it was mostly empty. Nice place to relax.

Stuyvesant Square Park is a charming and historic green space located in Manhattan’s East Village. Nestled between 15th and 17th Streets along Second Avenue, it offers a peaceful escape from the city’s fast pace.

A hidden gem in NYC. Very peaceful, clean and serene. Never that busy. It’s a nice little getaway.

An idyllic little park that's a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby Union Square Park. It's clean and you can see your fill of squirrels here. The highlight would be the free mini library located at the entrance .

Nice public park small enough to wander through in 10 minutes or relax. Spotted a black squirrel unique to NYC. Kinda quiet on a weekend afternoon maybe because there was homeless people staying there and heavy scents of “pot” smoking in the air? 0:10

The park appears prettier from the outside when walking along the street. However within the park is very underwhelming. The park could clearly be managed better with proper litter removal & upkeep.

This is a strange oasis and always has been. It is serene as a park, since there are no playgrounds or ballfields, although they have recently converted half of the eastern side into a dog run. During the day, it is mostly local elderly and hospital workers eating lunch, as the day progresses more of the local high schoolers show up. In the night there are a number of creepers cruising. A fair amount of local bums as well. The plantings have gotten better over the years and that helps to make is more relaxing.

Nice park but best to see in spring. If you've not seen a squirrel before, like me at the time, you'll definitely make new friends!

I like this park a lot more after I came across a very unique tree that has small bright pink flowers growing all over its branches and trunk in early May. MUST SEE!

I really love Stuyvesant Park. It is a beautiful little oasis of nature in the East Village. It is definitely a community space. It is a wonderful place to relax, chill with friends or have a picnic and it's quiet enough to meditate or read a book. This is one of my favorite parks and whether you are walking your dog or jogging... this is truly an all season park for everyone.

An incredible enclave of peace and tranquillity. Two parks next to each other each with a distinct feeling. One with a statue of former Gov of the Dutch Colony Peter Stuyvesant— for who the park is named (give him a search, a very interesting character). Events pop up in the park including music, stargazing, and dancing. Tables are on the west side version to sit and eat or play a card game. Overall one of my favorite places to be in nyc.

Stuyvesant Square Park held an afternoon of jazz with Alex Nguyen and Friends. Located on Second Avenue and 17th Street, this park is perfect for listening to music and picnics. Last summer I was here early Sunday evenings and so I and three friends had an enjoyable time.
