Taps & Tails

I was traveling to Cleveland for a week and didn't want to leave my pup crated during the day. I heard great things about Taps and Tails and was lucky that they had availability for Jaxx to spend a couple days with new furiends for daycare. Make sure your dog has all the required vaccines and a good temperament. Jaxx appears to have had the best time and seemed excited to return the next day! I also spent some time hanging with some coworkers after work while the dogs played. Loved knowing that Jaxx had a good day AND that I had a chance to grab a drink after work without having to stress about Jaxx being "home" alone. Wish we had one of these back home. We had a great time here!! It’s nice they make you send in your vet records before admittance so you know all the dogs are vaccinated and healthy. It’s also nice they have behavior monitors so you know your dog is being monitored when you’re grabbing a drink or socializing.

This place is great for dogs and people. Really like the large outdoor space and ability to have drinks and socialize while my dog plays. Also the daycare is a great option for my dog. Whenever we arrive at Taps and Tails my dog runs in as she is so excited to be there.

Eric, Steph and Shelby are the best. Steph and Shelby are always the best at being on puppy patrol while the dogs are playing. They are not afraid to intervene when needed to ensure pups and owners are having a good time and on their best behaviors. Eric has so easily helped me to plan my dogs birthday “pawty” for the past 2 years. Always accommodating, friendly, creative with their events and always open minded to new ideas.

The pup loved it! While he played indoors and outdoors, we enjoyed a beer or two. Would love to see a bit more in the way of food, but still a great experience. I have taken so many dogs to public dog parks and Taps and Tails goes beyond my expectations every visit. Taking my pup there the first time made me realize how amazing Taps is! Their indoor-outdoor setting is phenomenal. My dog loves to run and there's so much space to run! All the dogs are evaluated and have such sweet temperaments which makes me feel like I'm bringing my dog to a safe space. The Bark Rangers are so great with, not only my dog but, all the dogs there. There are cute events every month, a book club, so much more! Every thought that has gone into this establishment is to keep the dogs safe and happy. With or without a dog, if you haven't visited yet, this is your sign to check them out!

Had a blast at the bar! Took my puppy for her 1st bday and the staff and other patrons were so much fun. I loved the holiday drink menu! Be sure to bring all necessary medical records. 0:03

We absolutely loved our time at Taps and Tails! As first timers, we didn’t know what to expect but the staff was so welcoming and explained everything to us. It’s a bar, indoor park and outdoor park for the dogs. We enjoyed a beer while watching a cavs game and our dogs got to run around off leash and make new friends. We are going to come here again and again!

My dog absolutely loves going to daycare here! He can’t wait to jump out of the car every time we go here. The staff is very friendly and nice. They are also at attentive and I am very confident leaving my dog in their care. My dog loves their indoor / outdoor dog park. There is also an abundance of water and beds for napping. My dog takes naps there sometimes when I’m with him during bar hours so I know he feels safe. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and well trained staff. They know how to work with your pets if there are issues instead of just kicking them out. Me and my dog loved this place! My husband and I came for a drink and to let our very energetic goldendoodle play, and we loved the atmosphere. There’s indoor and outdoor areas for dogs (and humans) so you can go rain or shine. The owners were very personable and friendly, and the cocktail menu was creative. I would definitely recommend this place for dog owners, and will be back!

My dog loves coming here. A simple “wanna go to the bar” and he’s waiting by the door to go. I come in and the staff immediately knows my dog, and give him lots of pets and welcomes. Our favorite place in Cleveland! We couldn’t imagine having a dog without having Tap & Tails. The staff always go above and beyond and we always look forward to the themed events. The daycare during the week is a clutch option as well. Biscuit would give 10 stars if he could!

My first and second born children who are part Chewbacca and part 0 brain cells love taps and tails. Bradley Bacon and Flapjack whine as soon as we turn onto train Ave from the air of excitement which enter their nostrils. Flapjack has many friends, both human and dog who he has trained to pet him and snuggle him as much as their hands can muster. Bradley Bacon came from a hording situation and coming to Taps has helped him blossom into a social dog who has a fondness for the small bishon types. Being here has also given their human, me, a sense of community and I always hope to see some of my favorite humans when we visit. I have never had a problem there and their bark rangers are diligent and wonderful. So fun!! Make sure you have your dogs vaccination records before you come. We crashed a golden retriever, meet up and had a great time. They have several staff members watching the dogs to make sure there’s no squabbles. I cannot say enough about this place. I started brining my Pitty mix to the Bar/Dog Park about a year and a half ago and was amazed at how well the staff handled a very wide variety of dogs. In the past few months I started taking him to their daycare and it has been absolutely amazing. The dogs are all kept together so he gets plenty of play time, they send me an update with pictures each day he is there around lunchtime (which I always look forward to. This is an amazing establishment that does not get enough pub!
