A wide open area for dogs of all sizes! The double gate entrance system prevents any accidental escapes and if your pup is shy, there’s a beautiful nature trail right next to entrance that you can walk along with your canine companion.

This is a lovely, wooded, public dog park tucked away in a community in the Town of Davidson. The regulars work with the Town to keep it looking nice, so if you visit please clean up after your dog (and go on poop patrol to help with the stealth poopers) and feel free to donate books for the Little Free Library and tennis balls for, well, you know!

This is a lovely dog park. While it is not as large as many other parks, it is by no means tiny. There is a variety of terrain, half wooded and half cleared. Situated on a hill, it is part leveled and part graded. There is a fresh water spigot, plenty of shade, benches, and a picnic table.

Love this place! I drive 20 mins everyday to take Nubbs here. The people are great and understand dog behavior and the dogs that come are always great! Glad we found a home for playdates

I stopped at this dog park while driving through North Carolina. It was a great dog park in a perfect little town. The dogs were all well behaved and the dog owners were good company. There was even one woman who supplied me with cookies and sweet tea for my drive. It’s definitely a gem! I’m planning to stop there again on my drive back through NC

Went there for the first time today, it's a nice place in a very nice neighborhood, actually has some green grass and it's hilly so the pups can actually do more hiking type exercise. The pic they have with the the cement tubes only look big because the dog on it was obviously tiny. Lol we have a 5 month old lab/boxer and it was his perfect size. They have this really cute memorial wall where ppl have put the dog tags of their deceased pups which was super cool. There's places to sit and is big enough. Keep a note that the neighborhood is rather ritzy so .... yeah their park has very strict rules. Other than that it was... nice.

Park is Ina quite neighborhood, well maintained, and it's gravel for walk ways. It sits up on a hill so rain runs away and gravel on the walk ways help keep things nice. Anytime it rains I skip closer park in Mooresville for here!

Cute dog park but water isn't running. Loose gravel, I wear my hiking shoes to prevent sliding. 0:11

I'm always skeptical about dog parks because not all owners recognize bad behavior in their own dogs, but I've been pleasantly surprised with my experiences here so far!! The park is a nice size, clean, and doesn't have very many visitors (which is good in my book). The dogs that have been there while I was there have been very well behaved with attentive owners! Will be back 😁

I absolutely love 💕 this dog park in Davidson. People and dogs are very friendly there. I had some nice conversations with the dog owners that brought their dogs to Preserve. The pup I walk during the week in the mornings I brought there for a little fun and socializing at the pet parents request and he had a really good 👍 time running, playing, and meeting other pups to enjoy some time outdoors playing with other friendly dogs. Dog-friendliness This is a dog park so it is extremely dog friendly.

This was a fabulous little park for the pups to run around. I liked the split of woods and open land for them to explore. They loved the pool and I appreciated the shaded seating with a view of the entire place so I could watch them sniffing around. The grounds were well maintained and a bin of balls to play with was nice.

This park is visually and physically stimulating for dogs coming to stretch their legs. Lots of hills, some wooded areas, and picnic tables to jump on. They even have containers hanging on the fence for toys that get left for others to play with. My dog had a great time and met some new friends there when we visited.

Nice fenced-in dog park .that has a picnic table and little sitting area. It is mostly graveled with not much grass to walk on... My dogs still had a great time. There's a pipe and faucet for the dogs but must have been shut off since no water came out. There was several gallons of water in a nearby storage spot that is filling the bowl evidently. This is strictly for dogs and their handlers... No playground for kids or restrooms. This park also had a walk around trail through the woods that was relaxing and very enjoyable. I certainly would come again when I get a chance and am nearby.

Absolutely love this place! I bring my pup here as often as I can. It's a haven for dogs who love other dogs. Specifically medium to bigger dogs. She has such fun everytime we go. Highly recommend if your dog plays well with others. Plus there's a hiking trail! 5 stars! Dog-friendliness All the dogs are super sweet and friendly. Picnic area The dogs would probably want some but there's tables for you to enjoy your lunch.

I took my girl Luna here for her first time at a dog park. She has some social anxiety but all of the dogs and hoomans made her feel welcome and she quickly became comfortable and played with a dozen different dogs for about 90 minutes. I brought a squeaky ball, but there were already at least 10 tennis balls scattered around the park, so I probably won't bring any toys next time. I also brought a few bottles of water and a bowl, but the water pipe was working and there were a few bowls around too. I'll always bring water as a backup, just in case. I really like the park. There is plenty of room to run around. There are grassy areas, dirt/pea gravel area, bushes, trees, pipes, benches, picnic tables and umbrellas. Luna really loved all the places to explore and sniff, and we both enjoyed meeting the well behaved dogs and nice people. We'll be back often.

Okay dog park. Decent size with plenty of shade and benches. This park is in a residential neighborhood, so don't expect many dogs. We came on a Friday late afternoon and no one was there, waited about a half hour and one dog came. There is a water spicket and a bowl, and tons of tennis balls to toss. The left-hand side is mostly flat terrain with the right side dipping down on a hill. Just outside of the dog park is a ~0.5 mile loop with full tree coverage.

Upon entering the dog park, which appeared to be a pleasant area, I encountered a series of challenges. I arrived with my dog on a leash due to concerns about the untrained dogs present. However, I was immediately bombarded by these dogs, prompting the owners to request that I remove the leash. Despite my initial refusal, I eventually agreed to take the dog off the leash when I felt more comfortable. The situation was further exacerbated by the presence of mentally unstable individuals. One man began to panic and scream, This was particularly concerning given the lack of running water in the park, despite the substantial wealth of Davidson. It is imperative that the park undergo significant improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of both dogs and owners.. There is no running water with all the money that they have in Davidson. They should fix this Park up a lot better.
