Beautiful park with lots of friendly dogs and owners. Lots of grass, poop bags, and different kinds of terrain for the pups to play. Seats and shade for people too! Fresh water available.

AWESOME Dog Park!! Even with the mud this time of year, it's still one of the best around for larger pups- one of the only ones with grass, and such a large & beautiful space!! Owners always seem pretty attentive and responsible here... which is of course ALWAYS appreciated π (and often falls short everywhere else π€¨)!! Thanks for another great afternoon, Torrey Hills Dog Park Community πππ

Nice dog park with plenty room for dogs to run. Only bad thing lots of holes in ground and dogs are running hard so they could really injure themselves. Has water fountain and 2 big stainless steel bowls. If the holes were filled up, this park would get 5+ stars

Public park that is privately owned by the pet store. One fenced area for dogs of all sizes. Water. Some benches and some shade. No fee to enter and free parking. Grass though many foxtails in summer and fall. Also, BEWARE THE HOLES hidden by the grass. Shame on the guy who brings two dogs - one who digs and he doesn't even tell it to stop (and doesn't fill in the holes) and the other looks like it seriously has mange (contagious)... Lastly, no human restrooms.

By far my favorite dog park in the area. I live by Maddox but it is all dirt. This park has lots of grass and trees (shade). Itβs a decent size too! There are a lot of gopher holes so be careful. Itβs also close to Dirty Dogs so you can get your pup a treat or a wash after the park.

Be careful of rattlesnakes! Our dog was bit today by a 1.5-foot long snake that was sitting right in the open. It's not a super safe location (in regards to snakes) since there are hills/brush all around the park. Luckily, there was a vet in the same shopping area that we were able to rush her to for antivenin.

Still a great place to come! My dog actually loves the gophers that dig holes here more than running around with the other dogs. Do be careful when walking around. Also,.another visitor mentioned they came once and the back door was open, so keep an eye on that when you arrive.

Huge open area for dogs to run around in. Tons of space. Lots of grass. A tap for water when the pups get thirsty. This park is well maintained and has a group of regulars who are here almost every day after work. A bit tricky to find if you've never been to it before.

We love this park, it's great to be out around people!! Everyone keeps their space and is respectful with masks. I appreciate it very much to have a space like this in our neighborhood for not just our doggies, but for us too!

Large park with grass on some portions. All dog sizes mingle there. Can go out back side of park to local dirt trails that go on for miles and miles. Very nice to have both park and trails options.

This is the best dog park around! It's grassy year round, spacious, has a bunch of shady benches, parking is easy, it's fully fenced, and has a watering station. We live in Mira Mesa and drive 15-20 mins out of our way to come here when we can.

Nice park, enough space for dogos to run around (owners too if you want) Mostly friendly dogs and everything under control thanks to paying attention owners.

I think Torrey Hills dog park is one of the two dog parks available in the Carmel Valley area with the other one being Torrey Highlands dog park. It's adjacent to the shopping plaza in the Torrey Hills area. The dog park is very large and equipped with water refills and poop bags, which are quite convenient. There are benches available and some trees provide shades too. My pet seems to enjoy his time there. Would come back again in the future.

Great location and space. Could be lots better. The Encinitas dog park is much better. The City of Encinitas makes sure their dog park is managed and serviced daily by staff. Carmel Valley Town Council needs to be proactive. Have the city push the management company to do its due diligence. The grass needs reseeding, and more trash bins are needed. Presently there's only one.

Really nice dog park. Big fenced space. Some seated shading. Water fountain for the dogs. Had no issues with any dogs or owners when I visited. Nice that there is shops nearby

Great dog park, but don't follow Google Maps! It'll lead you into a nearby neighborhood and then you'll be very confused. Just turn in where the Vons is and follow it straight back past the Starbucks and Crust Pizzeria.

Your experience will be driven off the day/time you visit. Mid day is quiet with few dogs. After work is a bit of a zoo with lots of owners and dogs. They try to reseed every few months so conditions vary. Today it was super muddy which means they have a sprinkler issue since it's been a heat wave.

A tucked away dog park in Carmel Valley with plenty of space for your dog(s) to run around in and play.
