West Hartford Beechland and Dog Parks

Good park to go for a walks or just sit down and enjoy the day out. Had a lot of benches to sit and hangout with people.

Very nice and quiet park. The two playgrounds look pretty new. The dog park is located right next to the park.

Spent over 30 years going to these parks, multiple generations. They could definitely use a little more of a budget but they work. Great places to play, walk, relax and have a nice seasonal time.

Fern Park could have some to prevent so much geese poop around the park,other wise we love our parks!

Love to visit here during fall.

West Hartford takes great care of the parks. Wolcott Park is a treasure. Playground Redoing the restrooms and snack bar so the water pad was closed early. The playground there is always busy w kids and their parents. Restrooms Redoing that building. Dog-friendliness Great spot to walk my dogs. Picnic area Lovely areas to picnic.

Kids had fun sledding down the hill. Even our dog Miss Ellie Mae had fun playing with all the other kids and dogs there. Was a great day ☺️

Very spacious with a playground for babies/toddlers, a basketball court/baseball field, soccer field, and has parking lots.

I grew up coming to this park. It's changed quite a bit. No more tennis courts. Nice new playgrounds that actually change a few times over the years. They now have a designated dog park area where the old St. Bridget school used to be. Still a great place to come hangout after all these years.
