West Thames Dog Run

A great and sad day at the same time

This park is all cement so be mindful on hot days! There is a hose which is helpful for cleaning/rinsing off poo & pee. A water fountain for humans and dogs ! And the park is split with a section for smaller dogs and a side for bigger dogs. Lots of trees around so squirrels can be a distraction:)

always open cement dog run. has a water hose for messes. sometimes there are aggressive dogs (all dog runs risk this). Partially blocked because of construction of a new bridge. pretty dirty in the wintertime.

NEW It has nice views of the WTC but it really isn’t an oasis for dogs. It’s a paved floor and it reeks of pee. It could be better but it’s fine for a lunch break at the office with my dog

I enjoyed my time here, very interactive for the dogs, wish they had separate sized play areas

The real charm of this place is the dogs an owners that visit, great neighborhood, conscientious owners, friendly dogs that play well. A flat area good for playing fetch, but no obstacles or terrain like some other parks. Worth the walk as your dog will come out less dirty and having had a grand time with the company of respectful dogs and owners.

This dog run has a good size and concrete instead of gravel. It gets cleaned very regularly (unfortunately around lunch time), but my dog always has the best time

Very nice dog run. Comes with a water hose to clean up after your dog or even use to fill up a dog bowl.

Good split up of the park, for large and small dogs. Found this park when I was in the area on dogpack app. Would recommend this park, and hope to be back with Jazz!

This is my and Tilly's favorite place to hang out in the evenings and weekends. There are great people and dogs here, and most of them (both species!) are very friendly and kind for the most part. A few exceptions... but it's New York; what else did you expect?

Nice dog park that is split for large and small dogs. Was my first time there as I’m trying to break away from the Industry Kitchen dog park. Was pleasantly surprised by the dog waste compost too!
