Western Branch Dog Park

Great place to go if you're looking for a dog park, has benches to sit on, trees for shade, and friendly people!

Well shaded, decent amount of park8ng but could fill up on busy days.

Separate small and big dog areas all under tree cover. Yearly tags are cheap too.

The dog park is large with plenty of space for pups to run around and make friends. Tall, secure fence, too.

My dog always has a great time, we usually miss most of the busy times, not too many dogs around but fun !

Traveling cross-country, our fur babies needed a place to run and let out some energy. We found this dog park on the map, and finally navigated our way over to it. When we pulled up, there was VERY limited parking, and there were signs that said membership required to use the dog park. It would be nice if somebody posted this on Google maps so others don't navigate off the highway in vain!

Old park but very fun and sturdy and safe

Nice shaded area to let your little guy run. Completely fenced in. Separated sections for small dogs and big dogs. We've been coming here periodically for about a year. The big dog side is usually full and the smaller dog side empty, but we get occasionally lucky and a smaller dog will come by to play. Our little chipper loves it here.

Went to the dog park so my pup could interact with other dogs and people. It's small in comparison to some others that I have been to and easily crowded. You definitely need to watch your step because of all the exposed roots from the trees. However I'm sure that the trees are great to have during the summer months. There are tons of toys that have been left by other pet parents for dogs to enjoy. But the water is turned off during the winter. Also I don't believe the leaves have ever been cleaned up because the piles against the fence are an easy 12-18" deep. It's easy to get to right off of 664 so if you're traveling it makes for a nice stop
