Very nice park with wonderful trails throughout. Saw a lot of deer. Join the metroparks trail challenge and get your stickers and hiking stick here as well.

A gorgeous park! The walking trails are fantastic and the home is beautiful, lots of information is tucked around the grounds so you can learn about the estate. I’d definitely want to come back for an event held there. Playground is phenomenal - great for many ages and full of equipment to keep your young ones playing safely for hours! Playground Fantastic- ground is springy and covered in mulch, so it’s safe and comfy to stand on! I loved the amount of accessible swings, and the contemporary (and safer!) versions of the tire swing and merry-go-round-thingy. Dog-friendliness There are so many dogs, and all of the ones I saw were walking happily on their leads!

Really nice park with many different trails and mostly covered with trees so ideal for warm summer days to cool off. With the breeze and a cooler climate in the woods. Also nice resting areas and lots of playgrounds. They also have tours for the mansion. Nice flowered around the buildings. And amazing and clean toilets. We went to the manor house early December. Beautiful all around in and out. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, they had help with parking and even had a cart available to carry some from their car to the house.

You might see me way out there with bright cheap orange sunglasses on. Way out in the bushes. As being in the military has taught. "Sometimes you need to make your own calm." Find yours and if your looking for a great walking normal trails with family-friendly areas you are in luck. And a calisthenics area. I see you Toledo Metro. Lets go.

Went to the park late evening and got to see some beautiful fall colors. Nice clean park with lots of trails to walk or jog. Restrooms available and different parking lots as well. It’s easy to miss the entrance, look for the board that says Wildwood preserve. Will visit again 😊 0:08

Well maintained trails. Beautifully landscaped around the visitor center. I don't usually recommend public restrooms but it is impressive how the restrooms in the former stable have been made to look like a stable. The window on wildlife today provided viewing of two turkeys who stopped by for a free lunch. Rough blazing star beginning to bloom on the Grasslands Trail. Joe pye weed and ironweed in bloom along the Meadows Loop. (August 21, 2025) Restrooms Clean.

I've lived near this Metro Park pretty much my entire life and I enjoyed going as a child and now I enjoy taking my children there. Great walking paths. Great playground! Love the manor house and all the extras they do there for Christmas and such. Great place to go for free exercise, fun and nature.
